Hassle-Free New Car Purchase We recently purchased a vehicle from Honda of Pasadena. Johnny La was our sales representative. We initially communicated with him via email to get a We recently purchased a vehicle from Honda of Pasadena. Johnny La was our sales representative. We initially communicated with him via email to get a quote and to answer our initial questions about the vehicle. He was very helpful and didn't pressure us to come into the dealership right away in order to receive a quote. This seems to be the case with other dealerships that we checked with. We don't live nearby, so when we were ready to come in, he moved the car in advance, so that it was ready for us to test drive. He was very attentive and wasn't on his phone during the drive as some sales representatives were doing at other dealerships. Once we worked out a number that worked for us and agreed to purchase, we were sent over to the finance manager where it takes a considerable amount of time to fill out all of the paperwork. Johnny had our car washed in the meantime and when we were done with the finance manager, he took the time to review the features in and out in more detail. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, which isn't always the case when you buy a vehicle. We will definitely seek out Johnny when it's time for us to get another vehicle. More
