Quick, & easy I have been having problems with my car for so long. I was referred to Branden specifically by others. After doing some research using autotrader.com and CarFax, I decided to stop by the Northwest dealership which is 10 minutes from my job. Branden Mitchell was my sales person. He was very polite and was very knowledgeable about every car that I inquired about. My heart was set on a CRV but I didn't think I would find one in my budget. I test drove a few vehicles during lunch breaks. Either the SUV didn't feel right or the payment was too high. Two days before returning back my rental, Branden called to tell me that they just received a CRV. It had just about everything on my checklist. It was certified with low mileage and just 2 previous owners. Joe Miller assisted with the financing and assured me that the car payment would meet my expectations. He did not pressure me to purchase the vehicle that I wanted and gave me plenty of time alone with the vehicle so that I could get to know it without anybody breathing down my neck the entire time. He answered all of my questions in a professional, polite manner. I picked up the car 6 days ago and Larry and another gentleman went over everything in the car - even set the Bluetooth up for me. The car was in perfect condition and had a full tank of gas. The physical layout of the dealership is very welcoming - airy and open and lots of areas to sit or walk around.
