She is pleasant, friendly, and helpful. She took us through the Crosstour explaining the features and answering our question. When we decided to purchase the car she was easy to work with as we completed the paperwork. After she was done with her portion we transitioned to Dawn for the financing end of the deal. What would normally be a stressful time (a new car is a big ticket item after all) was a smooth and painless process. Lucky us! More

A second positive experience! I came to Northwest Honda in 2007 and loved the personalized care I received from both the selling team and the service team. I drove away with a brand new Honda CRV EX-L that I really loved. Eight years later, I was hit from behind while stopped at an intersection and my beloved car was totaled. I returned to Northwest Honda because I had such positive feelings about the dealership. I was happy to be referred to Braden. I didn't know what I wanted to buy, but Braden was very knowledgable and understanding. Still, I wasn't ready to make a commitment. I took some time to shop online and try some other dealerships, but ultimately, I returned to Braden at Northwest Honda. I am happy that I did. I found a car (a 2012 Honda CRV EX-L) that I really love and with a monthly payment that I could easily afford .
