Cindy Brown is a nightmare. From her constantly frowned up face to the disrespectful way she addresses customers, I'm shocked she still has a job. I have had to interact with her three times and each time up face to the disrespectful way she addresses customers, I'm shocked she still has a job. I have had to interact with her three times and each time she dampens what was otherwise a great car buying experience. It's disappointing to have so many people working hard to ensure that a customer is happy and to have one person bring a whole team down. I can at least give her credit for consistency. She is consistently nasty and rude. More

Anthony Bird Coles in Northwest Honda used games and tricks to cheat customers. The 1st trip I was there he said he would offer the best price in Maryland. The 2nd trip I was there he said he would matc tricks to cheat customers. The 1st trip I was there he said he would offer the best price in Maryland.
