And after I purchases the car, he told me to come back at any time and he would go over any other questions about the car. A few days later, I called and he made time for me at my convenience to go over my questions and additional features of the car.He gave me plenty of time and said to call any time I wanted to come over or had any questions in the future. I never got the impression that his job was over once I made a purchase. More

Best Customer Service! I have been taking my Honda CRV to Northwest Honda for about 5 years now and I absolutely love it. No one likes taking their car in for service, but I can honestly say that I do not mind it. All of the employees are always smiling and very nice and they make sure to take great care of their customers. I won't take my care anywhere else. I completely trust Northwest Honda! More

Lies, disrespect, and dangerous. F Rating on BBB Wish I could rate a 0 star. Let me first say we bought a used Honda Odyssey mini-van. Our salesman was decent, paperwork, and financing ok. (They Wish I could rate a 0 star. Let me first say we bought a used Honda Odyssey mini-van. Our salesman was decent, paperwork, and financing ok. (They ran our credit though we explained we had financing to try to sell us there's) The van, we had the van for 3 days......and my wife made a mistake which was a blessing in disguise She bumped a yellow pole at a bank drive-thru. I was very upset, but that's why we have insurance. So we took it the body shop and this is were the story begins. It was at the bodyshop for 30 minutes and I got a call to come to the shop. The body shop had discovered that the van had been in two major accidents prior to our "bump" which uncovered the real issues. I'll take the time to explain the back. The left rear quarter panel had been replaced from a prior repair. This is typically a sign of a pretty serious accident. Which would have been ok if the repairs were done correctly. The quarter panel was popped off behind the bumper and installed poorly. The body shop was able to detect this within minutes of having the van. There was another major case for the front as well. So, I called Northwest to explain the situation. After being bounced from person to person I finally got in touch with the sales manager, who quickly said "Don't worry about, we'll take care of you. If all else fails you're still under your warranty for the structure.". I was so relieved, I called back the next day as instructed. Rashad was not there, I left a message. I finally got in touch with him a few days later. He had no clue who I was or my issue. Explaining it again didn't really remind him, I thought I was being punk'd. After a 30 minute call he said I needed to talk to the general manager. I was placed on hold, then the phone was picked up, I could hear them talking in the background. Then I heard something that upset me and one thing that got me mad. The first thing I heard was "I don't want to deal with it, just hang up" then I heard a click. I was so mad. I tried calling back and I was sent to voicemail. I really couldn't believe I was being treated so poorly. I never once got upset with them till this day. So, I gathered my thoughts and thought I'd try to kill them with kindness. I waited a few days and called back, I got the GM on the phone. Instantly the Jon Orofino got really rude with me on the phone. I explained "I'm upset with the dealership, we had a good experience so far. It's just we are having an issue that we need help with." I explained the whole story to him, he seemed to level out and send he'd send someone to the body shop to look at it. I mentioned the Rashad had said that it shouldn't be a problem because of the warranty. He quickly stated the warranty wouldn't cover it, but also said "We'll take a look and see what we can do." A few days later I got a call from the body shop saying that they came to look it at, he had personally explained the issue. The guy they sent agreed there was a major issue and that it needed to be fixed. I waited a few days to hear from them..... I never did. Three days later I called to speak to the GM, I got him first call, "He stated he needed to talk to the body man he sent over." I said no problem here's my number, He said he'd call me back in a few hours. I waited till the next day nothing, Finally at around 4pm on the second day I called him back and this is where things got ugly. When I say ugly I mean really ugly. I couldn't believe half of the things that he said. We started to converse about the issues and he asked "What do you want from me?" I replied "The van the way it should be. This is a bad van that been damaged several times." He agreed the van was a bad one. He stated they were not in a position to repair it. I asked what he was in the position of doing. He replied "Not much, we won't take it as trade, but we can cut you a good deal on a new one." I replied, you sold me a van a that had a ton damage and you want me to buy something else from you. He then said "That's the risk you take when you buy used." I then was really upset and said "You sold me a van I put my family in that my body guy and yours said is dangerous." Next shocked me "Yes it is a bad van, but we can't inspect every vehicle like that." WHAT!?! Without taking anything apart my bodyshop found it in minutes. Northwest is nothing but a bunch of thieves. We lost over $5000 on the van in the end. We were taken advantage of, promised help, and were given nothing. I filled a complaint with the BBB, Northwest refused to communicate with them and now have an F rating for the next three years. I wish it would have worked out, as I really was upset with them and I know we live a world were things get over-looked, but they should have owned up to the mistake and offered us some help. More

I mention this in order to s I have now bought two new cars in the past two years; one a 2014 Toyota Rav4 and just recently a 2015 Honda Accord Coupe. I mention this in order to show that I have had two experiences, and the experience at the Toyota Dealership was okay. Hard negotiations on price and the service was good. But, the Northwest Honda experience was phenomenal. AZ was the sales guy that worked with me and I can honestly say I have never had such a great experience. I was searching for cars two years in a row and I visited numerous dealerships, however, no one could touch AZ. Every question answered and he was very knowledgeable. He was very kind and catered to our every need, whether to test drive multiple cars or just answering all of our questions. He was very patient and did not force the issue at all unlike other sales people who don't let you leave. The price was outstanding and the entire team from AZ to the money people worked with us and made the entire experience very fun. Car buying should be an experience where the customer comes out satisfied and excited to have a nice car, not feeling like he overspent and had the negotiator get the best of him. Northwest epitomized this philosophy. If you want a honda and don't visit Northwest your doing yourself a disservice. More
