It was nice to work with a salesperson who really knew everything about the vehicle. I bought car for the long haul and had lots of questions that were both automotive and practical. There was never a question that he couldn't provide a helpful answer to. I highly recommend these dealer and really love our Honda Pilot. I visited several other car dealerships and Northwest Honda was far and above anywhere else in service and product. Thank you,Tony! More

The sales person as mentioned below was well spoken and versed on my Honda selection. He tried to understand what I was looking for in my next vehicle as well as the extras. My patience and well as his, paid off in landing the vehicle and color of my choice. Even though I didn't have all the accessories when I signed for the vehicle, the parts were ordered and install the very next week. The other process was the financing which was a bit lengthy but worth doing to insure the purchase of my vehicle. The finance director was right on his game in the processing of my loan. Now I was impressed on the high tech table with all the forms I had to fill out. Nothing about this process seemed too long and drawn out but nice to see how efficient it was to do. I guess technology is here to make life better for all of us even in the cars we drive. I feel my rating says it all and I am hooked on Honda. More

Excellent experience! I am a 64-year-old divorced woman whose three ex-husbands always handled the car purchases, so this was my first car purchase. I selected Raschelle S I am a 64-year-old divorced woman whose three ex-husbands always handled the car purchases, so this was my first car purchase. I selected Raschelle Sevilla-Castro to be my salesperson from her excellent on-line reviews and because I wanted to work with a woman. I was very wary of well-known tales of male car salesmen taking advantage of women buying cars, particularly concerning the price of the car or loading on features not needed or their impatience. Raschelle was wonderful! She was down-to-earth, patient, and explained everything as we went through the process. She answered all my questions, including the ones I did not even know to ask! Once the sale was completed, she patiently and slowly explained all the features of my new car and how to use them. I would highly recommend Raschelle to everyone, but particularly to first-time buyers! Dawn Evans was my financial services coordinator and she was excellent, as well! She too patiently explained everything about the financing process and made the purchase quite painless! Upon moving here from New Jersey two years ago, I have used the Northwest Honda service department for my 2007 Honda CR-V. The service was excellent. Now I know that this entire dealership is exceptional!! More

Started slow but finished strong It's been three months today since I bought my 2005 Acura RL. I purposely waited so that I could give an thorough review. All in all I can say that I' It's been three months today since I bought my 2005 Acura RL. I purposely waited so that I could give an thorough review. All in all I can say that I'm still very pleased with my purchase. There are a few issues I have with it, but they are minor and besides, I have an extended warranty for the major things. The air conditioner compressor went up within 3000 miles and they honored the and fixed it at no charge to me at all. To give you an idea, if I had to pay for it myself, that would have set me back around $1300. The car is one helluva good thrill ride. I think Acura made this more of a luxo-performance car than a luxury plush ride. I commute to work in this vehicle and I drive 45 miles one way. This car zips in and out of traffic like a compact car. In truth, this is a relatively small car when compared to its predecessor the 3.5RL. Now that car screamed luxury and class. This 2005 Acura tells a story of luxury and performance. When I took delivery of the vehicle I was amazed at how incredibly clean inside and out the car was. the engine bay looked like the car was brand new. The door jams and interior all looked in pristine condition. I was amazed for a car that's ten years old and with over 142,000 miles on it. I worked with Ken Brooks who is the internet salesman. I didn't expect to get a break on the price because the price was already very cheap in my opinion, $9,995. This car brand new retailed for at least $46k. Everything is still fully functional save the Bluetooth option which was a sticking point with me. I still haven't bothered to take it to get fixed to this day because Bluetooth enabled vehicles back then are not what they are today so I'm not sweating it. I can get a Bluetooth car speaker for my phone if I wanted to. The headlights shine on everything everywhere, I mean they really light up the night. The only issue I have with that is that sometimes and more frequently than not one of the headlights may go dark. I turn the lights off and on then they it comes back on. It may happen again and again until it finally stays on. I'll drive days without an incident and then it will start up again. I've taken it to the dealer twice and each time they couldn't reproduce the problem. I did some searching on the internet and found that the Acura RL has had a history of the flickering lights. Some people say that the fix is to replace the ballast and some say that the fix is to change the wiring harness which doesn't allow enough current or something to that effect to flow through the lights. I personally think it's a design flaw and Acura will not admit it because they will have to issue a recall and it probably hasn't been an issue on enough vehicls to be a real problem, but what do I know. I'm just "Joe Consumer" Like I said, all in all I've had a wonderful experience with this car. The engine and transmission are very strong, willing, and able to get the job done. The creature comforts are there for sure and the car has been reliable since day one. I hope I can say that one, two, three years from now if I haven't traded the car in on another late model Acura RL. What drew me to this car was all the technology that was put into this car when it debuted in 2005 and the fact that it is all-wheel drive clenched it for me. I hope that this dealership continues to provide the outstanding customer service that I received when I bought my vehicle. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them again. I can go on talking about the experience that I had, but then this review may turn into a small book. More
