I brought my car in for the initial oil change and multipoint inspection. The service provider greeted me in a professional and pleasant manner and checked me in. During my wait in the waiting room, I received a text from Joshua letting me know I could text or call if I had any questions. Once service was completed, I received a text with the overall results and a link to allow me to review the full report. The provider who greeted and checked me in met me in the waiting room to complete things. He summarized the inspection results and provided me my receipt (with summary of service). Everything was completed within the 90 minute estimated timeframe. I was very pleased with my service visit. Thank you, Honda! More
