Disappointed! Brought my car to be fixed the issues was never resolved . Very frustrating! After researching and finding out 2018-2020 model Honda accords are having issues. When I purchased my car new , I chose Honda cause they were reliable …I guess things has change . Paid almost 3k for nothing ! Warning lights been on the dash for months theu couldn’t tell me the issue , months later they say it was cause the turbo was bad my car wouldn’t accelerate . Replaced it 1 week later the problem reoccured my engine is now misfiring , they say it was a spark plug changed it , two weeks later same issue bring it back now it’s a head gasket . Charging 4k for the issue they never fixed in the first place !! On top of me receiving my car back with a loud engine noise and smoke coming from the tail pipe … when I brung my car in had my engine was not noisy or wasn’t no smoke coming from tail pipe !! No loaner was offered ! Very disappointing when I only have my car serviced by Honda to be left with no vehicle !! More
