Once you agree on a price, they take you to sign the papers in the back and the numbers are more expensive than what you agreed on. They hope you're dumb and sign without reading. Everyone at Honda of Owing Mills was very kind and respectful! I'm so glad that this was the dealership that I had chosen to lease my car! Peter was my car salesman and he absolutely knocked it out of respectful! I'm so glad that this was the dealership that I had chosen to lease my car! Peter was my car salesman and he absolutely knocked it out of the park! I initially came to the dealership for a Civic Hatchback. However, upon arriving, the civic had been sold before I could get to it. Which was okay because I wasn't dead set on it. Peter had shown me an Urban Grey Civic and I instantly fell in love with it! Not only that, but Peter had saved me time and a lot of money. Peter's attention to detail and personable atmosphere made the deal sound like a no-brainer, and I'm so grateful that this was the dealership I had stumbled upon! More

This rating is about my service experience today from the Service Center. The communication today was awful. My car was towed-in last night. I received a call around 8am this morning informing me that they h Service Center. The communication today was awful. My car was towed-in last night. I received a call around 8am this morning informing me that they had my car, but then there was no follow up ALL day until about 45 minutes before closing to inform me that my car was ready. I had to scramble to get a ride and barely arrived before closing. Before then, my text messages went unanswered and my telephone calls went to voicemail. It was so disappointing not to know whether I would have a car for the remainder of the weekend. I would have expected better updates and communication than this. What a shame. More

I got electic break system pblm, i know my trail light is broken, they took my 4hous, after that i told them, i have to go . i had appointment 12.00 . I got electic break system pblm, i know my trail light is broken, they took my 4hous, after that i told them, i have to go, they say’s u have to change ur trail light,then sing will be removed, & i had to pay $229 They did diagnossis… they found my trail light is broken, lol , that’s why i have to pay xxxxing $229. Just for that, 4 hours gone, they r big scammer…. More
