He became quite upset during the talk, forcing us to sign zeo-dollar invoices and said, "I can't deal with you and go to XX (the name of our former service adviser)! I went in because my engine light and tire gauge was on. my tire pressure light is still on. The stuff in my golf compartment was now scattered all over my floor and seat. My $2,000 plus bill will probably cost me at least $1,000 less at my mechanic. In my 14 year old car I have an oil leak that was going to cost me $1,400 to fix. That's a lot of cans of oil. I would much prefer to use the dealership but how they justify charging twice what a mechanic would charge because they are using original Honda parts, is unjustifiable. More
