We were told by the Sale Manager that our down payment "WAS NOTHING FOR A COMPANY (HONDA) THAT HAS MILLIONS OF DOLLAR". Expect THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL and INAPPROPRIATE CUSTOMER SERVICE a person can get from these people (from the sale manager to the actual manager of the dealer). DO NOT BELIEVE whatever they tell you. The story will change from one day to the other. One day they tell you these are the options and the other day they will tell you "That is not what i said or meant". THESE PEOPLE DO NOT UNDERSTAND or COMPREHEND when the customer has several inconvenience because they have screwed something up. If you are asked to tell them how they can make you happy for the inconvenience, DO NOT ANSWER THAT QUESTION, they will literally accuse you of trying to "EXTORTION" the dealer.
