As we were talking he got a phone. When he hung up he say its done. I'm like what's done. He said you can get the car. I couldnt believe it.I was in disbelief until I drove off the lot with the car. I had planned to purchase a new 2010 Honda Accord sedan the following day, so I was doing my research at edmunds.com. I had the all the pricing information that I needed (MSRP, Invoice, average going price the following day, so I was doing my research at edmunds.com. Edmund's.com website offered the feature to request a quote from all the dealership around my area. Northwest Honda was one of them. Within an hour, I received a quote from Gabrille and a phone call to make sure that I got it. I was pleasantly surprised at their no haggle price since it was significantly below the MSRP and even below the average price in the area. With the savings, I was able to upgrade to a higher trim. Another dealership e-mailed me back but they wouldn't give a price. They wanted me to call them to discuss. A third dealer e-mail me their quote but it was higher than Northwest Honda. I decided to make a trip to Northwest Honda and I can conclude that it was the best experience I have had in purchasing a new vehicle. The facility was very modern, clean and Gabrielle was extremely courteous and friendly. We test drove the car I wanted and she was quick to accomodate my request for a different color trim. I also traded in my old car and they gave me a better price for it than a previous offer. The finance officer was also extremely helpful in explaining all my financing options. All in all, I was out the door of the dealership with my new vehicle in about 90 mins. My last visit to another dealship took about 4 hours. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. More
