I can say that he and Gerald showed the utmost professionalism while getting me both the deal and the car I wanted. the cars I had to common friend. Outstanding experience working with Northwest Honda and Salesman Billy Collins. Found the vehicle I wanted, contacted the dealership and within 15 mins was connected to Billy. Billy was straight forward, Salesman Billy Collins. Found the vehicle I wanted, contacted the dealership and within 15 mins was connected to Billy. Billy was straight forward, no hesitation and gave precise answers to all my questions. Deal was pretty much done in less than 30 mins. Had to fly to Baltimore to pick it up and Billy came to pick me up. Took longer to get from the airport to the dealership, than it did to do the paperwork and get on the road heading back home. I am a busy mom with two kids, and have recently been through a divorce that left me with terrible credit. I have a job where I am required to have a car, and not long ago, my very old car needed to have through a divorce that left me with terrible credit. I have a job where I am required to have a car, and not long ago, my very old car needed to have the head gasket replaced. The cost to replace the head gasket was more than the car was worth. I missed two days of work (if I don't work, I don't get paid) and was at a loss on how to proceed. I went to several dealerships and asked about programs that might help me to buy a modest car. The first dealership not only ignored me (and shuffled me around to two different sales men), but tried to put me in a new car that was far more than I could afford. Additionally, I told the 2nd salesman that my credit was bad (due to several debts tied to my husband) and he completely ignored me. He seemed very annoyed by my presence, and when I left I asked for his business card (just in case) and he told me that I could deal with anyone in the office, if I came back. He was clearly telling me that he did not care to help me. Other dealerships that I went to shared much of the same attitude; I didn't have decent credit, therefore they really were not going to spend much energy helping me. I know it is the year 2011, but I was (on more than one occasion) faced with the reality of the male sales person(s) treating me like I was some dumb blond that needed her husband to help her along. Basically, with all of my shopping experiences, I received less than professional, polite, or adequate help. THEN....I came to Northwest Honda. I was traveling down York Road and saw a sign for "The credit doctor" and called the number. Jamey Hebb answered and he was very professional and friendly. I made an appointment to see him that week, and was so relieved to be greeted by a friendly smile and someone who was actually prepared to help me when I arrived. Jamey was very knowledgeable and spend a great deal of time working to get me the best deal that he could find. When he proposed one contract that seemed like a good deal, he then told me that he had one more option that he wanted to check for me, and did so. The time he spent to check on this other option ended up being just what I needed and it left me with the feeling that he really cared about me as the customer! I have never had this kind of expereince dealing with any type of sales person (ANYWHERE)! I am happy with my new car and will definitely come back to Northwest Honda when my credit is better and buy a new car. I just hope that Jamey Hebb is still there to help me!Thank you! More

After driving a total of about 100 miles visiting four different dealerships, I was ready to call it a day. But I called my wife on the way back home, and she suggested I make one more stop at Northwest different dealerships, I was ready to call it a day. But I called my wife on the way back home, and she suggested I make one more stop at Northwest Honda to look at a car she found online. I walked in, met Billy, and he showed me the car my wife found. Most importantly, he asked if he could show me another car that he thought was an even better deal. To make a long story short, I now own that car. Billy was great to work with. I had a few minor concerns and he was very prompt and thorough in making sure those concerns were resolved. He's very friendly, and (unlike many car salesmen) very genuine. More
