I can not begin to express how SATISFIED I was with Max Cho. Max is one of the MOST FRIENDLIEST COUTEOUS and PROFESSIONAL Sales Reps that I have EVER worked with at Honda...and I have already purchased 4!! Cho. Max is one of the MOST FRIENDLIEST COUTEOUS and PROFESSIONAL Sales Reps that I have EVER worked with at Honda...and I have already purchased 4!!!!!!! I have referred some of my staff to go to him. It takes a very qualified professional to deal with "Consumers" and Max has the customer service skills which will help Honda increase their sales! I have NEVER had a Sales Rep go over every detail....all the way down to adjusting the power locks. When I left with my BRAND NEW 2010 Honda accord I was extremely satisfied with my service.
