I have purchased a prior car from Northwest. It was not a good experience. The salesman was unknowledgable and the sales manager was not pleasant. Billy was a good sales person. Northwest Honda assisted me with the purchase of 3 new hondas (Civic, Accord, and CR-V). The salesman and general sales manager accomodated me to the car that I wanted from color to interior, style, equip hondas (Civic, Accord, and CR-V). I have been using NW Honda since 1987. I have purchased new and used vehicles from them. I have found that each and every person I have come across has been friendly, attentive to my needs and extremely p new and used vehicles from them. I have found that each and every person I have come across has been friendly, attentive to my needs and extremely professional. They were very detailed about the car purchased, so I would feel comfortable driving away. When I have my car serviced I have been greeted with the same professionalism. I know that a lot of their employees have been there since 1987, so it must be a good place to wotk. Hondas are dependable lasting cars and fun to drive. I would not go to another Honda Dealer. I am in the service industry and I am very sensitive to professionalism. NW Honda meets all the criteria. More

A friend of mine who knew I was looking for a car took me there the other day on the way to run other errands. I was greeted promptly at the door by Anthony #1, patiently shown the car in question (someone else had already put a deposit down) and available options, then introduced to Jon the GM, who also spent a good deal of time talking with me about the car I was looking for. I received a phone call the next day from Jon telling me that the deal on the car had fallen through and that he had a car available; when I called Anthony on his cell later to arrange a visit, he returned my call even though he was out that day. When I went back that same day to do a test drive, Elliott very gladly assisted me and, when I decided to buy, Matthew kindly explained the financing details to me and patiently answered all my questions. Though I did not get the name of the man who assessed my trade, he did give me a decent and fair trade-in value for my old vehicle. Last but not least, the car was prepped beautifully and Anthony #2 carefully went over its workings with me before I took it off the lot; he even helped me move items from my old to my new car and was most gracious when I had to ask him to get back into the old car twice when I realized I had forgotten some items! The only difficulty--and this was not with the dealership at all--was that I was looking for a 2010 Civic Si which, I have learned, is extremely hard to find! These gentlemen were wonderful to work with throughout the buying experience and, though I ended up with a different color and style than I originally went in looking for, in the end I am happier with the car than I imagined I could be. I am now the proud owner of my dream car (a beautiful Civic Si!), thanks to the very kind, very professional folks at Northwest Honda! This dealership was low-pressure, the employees and management knowledgeable and helpful, and the whole deal fair and square. I highly recommend Northwest Honda to anyone looking for a new vehicle! More
EXPECT THE WORST FROM THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS HONDA DEALER. We STRONGLY recommend NOT TO MAKE BUSINESS with or SPONSOR this HONDA DEALERSHIP. DONT TRUST if they say your car is gonna be here any second DEALER. We STRONGLY recommend NOT TO MAKE BUSINESS with or SPONSOR this HONDA DEALERSHIP. DONT TRUST if they say your car is gonna be here any second. A week later after being getting that answer, they call us to let us know the car wont be here until the end of May. We were told by the Sale Manager that our down payment "WAS NOTHING FOR A COMPANY (HONDA) THAT HAS MILLIONS OF DOLLAR". Expect THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL and INAPPROPRIATE CUSTOMER SERVICE a person can get from these people (from the sale manager to the actual manager of the dealer). DO NOT BELIEVE whatever they tell you. The story will change from one day to the other. One day they tell you these are the options and the other day they will tell you "That is not what i said or meant". THESE PEOPLE DO NOT UNDERSTAND or COMPREHEND when the customer has several inconvenience because they have screwed something up. If you are asked to tell them how they can make you happy for the inconvenience, DO NOT ANSWER THAT QUESTION, they will literally accuse you of trying to "EXTORTION" the dealer. AGAIN WE DO NOT RECOMMEND NORTHWEST HONDA locate IN OWINGS MILLS. More
