The pervious experience the same night with Len stoler Nissan had left a bad taste in the mouth of my wife and I. With pristine Credit the dealership offer high interest 6.24% for 6 years on a fully loade Nissan had left a bad taste in the mouth of my wife and I. With pristine Credit the dealership offer high interest 6.24% for 6 years on a fully loaded Nissan maxima with $1500 rebate and $1000 bonus cash for financing through Nissan. The removal of the rebate and bonus cash only gave 2.9% for 6 years all monthly payments were high before extended warranty could be added. The sales representative was good but the finance manager seemed unconcerned and unfriendly. He was a fill in because everybody was off and it apeared he was not a happy camper. We felt as if it was, "This is what it is take it or leave it." So we left it and went to Northwest Honda. I had talked with Carroll Brown at Northwest Honda as I had with Don at Len stoler Nissan. I had visited both dealership prior. Carroll was very nice and responsive to our wants and needs as he worked with us to make the deal on a 2011 Honda Accord EXL-V6 with navigation. The sales manager Deryl spoke with us and re-assured us the he would do his best with our trade in and we would be happy. At this point we were relaxed somewhat after the previous experience. When the deal was done and we went to the finance department where Lane reassured us of the integrity of the dealership. Which to us it remained to be seen. As he worked with us we began to feel a lot better. When all was said and done we were really pleased. So pleased that My wife purchased a car that night as well; the 2011 Honda Pilot Touring. Lane and Carroll made it happen for her as well. When we picked up the car Carroll came in on his day off the make delivery and Elliot went over the operation of the vehicle. The service department services all my cars and Mike Thompson, the service manager takes a personal interest in his clients. I now have three Hondas from Northwest al service all them right there. Although, I would joke with the service team about working on commission, I knew I had put almost 500,000 miles on two cars. (My second car still runs great and I am keeping it.) The sales team at Northwest truly worked as a team and stayed late to make sure we left that day with a car. I appreciated their "no haggle", "no pressure" approach to pricing and financing. The experience was easy and the team worked extremely well together. I think of Northwest Honda as the "Disney World" of car buying and service. The sales and service teams are consistently bright, friendly, upbeat and accommodating. Both teams are very organized and knowledgable. They make both buying and servicing a car a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Northwest Honda for your next purchase and/or service. More

All the dealers that I went to prior to Northwest Honda would not deal with the price. The email price was great and got some discounts on the options with a fair trade-in to boot. The Business Manager was the best would not let you sign any thing till he knew you understood everything. Overall it was a great buying experience. I ended up with a great car at a good price. I had to pass two other Honda dealerships to get to Northweat Honda. More

I've been expecting the car to fall apart on me, but I've been driving it for 2 weeks now and have had no problems.I brought it to my mechanic last weekend and he gave it a thumbs up. I'm still surprised and I love the car...even with some of the cosmetic problems.
