Let me start out by saying I've purchased around twelve new vehicles in the last 15 years so I know the process and due my homework on pricing. I informed Max that I had shopped around and had price quotes from other dealers. Max told me to come in test drive the Odyssey and we'd work out the pricing. Arrived at the dealership and Max insisted on giving us a full demo of the Odyssey. I had been to five Honda dealers and NONE of them gave us a demo. Sat down to discuss numbers and Max showed me the price on the Odyssey. The price was slightly higher then another price quote I received. I showed him the price quote from another dealer and he took it to his Manager and matched the pricing. Once the vehicle was ready to take home, Max spent the time to sync my wife's phone to the the Odyseey's blue tooth and help us transfer over our car seat. I purchased a 2007 Honda Element from Northwest Honda yesterday evening. I had been looking for a good Element for several weeks. There are not many really nice ones out there and Northwest had listed on yesterday evening. I had been looking for a good Element for several weeks. From my first call to Max Cho I felt like Northwest Honda was a professional and low pressure place. That convinced me to travel from Bethesda to Owings Mills to look at the car. When I arrived the car looked as good as on the website and as described, except for stains on the front seats. Matt said that they would get their seat guy in to do a thorough seat cleaning and would also fully detail the car--they took care of that in the course of two days and I was able to go back up on the train yesterday with the comfort that everything would have been taken care of. Max came to Penn Station in Baltimore to pick me up and I drove the Element home via Frederick last night. Overall just a great experience, and those seats are completely clean. More

His sales manager Deryl, let me take the car home, show my wife and drive it around for about a hour. I came back to the dealer and he gave me a good deal on my brand new Accord for a trade in. This is probably the 12th car my family has purchased from Northwest and Mark and they are an absolute pleasure to work with.
