We used the internet to price this car. Every dealer we contacted was quick to give us a price, but Northwest was the only dealership which followed-up. I have been searching for a Pilot for quite awhile, I have been to several Honda dealerships, and was not happy with any of them. The sales people were either too pushy, or did not want to really sell a car.I went to one dealreship and walked the lot and had to go find a salesman, and asked to see one of the Pilots that they had, he gave me the keys and stayed sitting i nthe office, Never came out to answer any questions. Needless to say that was a major turnoff. I went to NW Honda,and was greeted by Billy. From the very begining he was very pleasant, upfront and honest. He answered all my questions, and made buying my Pilot very easy. Keep up the great work BIlly, you are AWESOME!!! More
I recently purchased a 2002 F150 from NW Honda. I have been overly impressed with the service I have received from your organization. I have since had some problems with the vehicles and Mr. Fish has continued to be helpful in dealing w/ these issues and serving as a liaison between me and your manager Andrew. Andrew has been helped me with several problems that I have had with the vehicle and continues to help me as I am continuing to deal with problems. I can say that I have not been very happy so far with the product I purchased but I have been very happy with the service I have received from your staff, Andrew in particular. He has taken what has been a bad situation for me w/ the product purchased and turned it into a positive. He has demonstrated to me an important precept that all in your industry would do well to learn and practice. The precept is that it is not the product that separates you from the competitor but instead the service. The product “is what it is” and, especially in dealing with used cars, you do not know for sure what problems will arise when you sell a product and is often in fact outside of your control. What is within your control is how you handle the problems and that is where your focus should be. Andrews focus has been on this latter concept and doing so has made all of the difference in my eyes. Thank you. More

Overall, we had a very favorable experience with the purchase of our used 2009 Civic EX from Northwest Honda. Our sales representative Elliott Robinson was very good and would have received 5 points on purchase of our used 2009 Civic EX from Northwest Honda. He was extremely cordial, knowledgeable regarding the specific model of car we were interested in, and took the time to go over all of the features of the car as well as answer all of our questions. He listened carefully to our requests and did not try to persuade us into purchasing something else, a behavior we commonly observe with other dealers. Our only negative comments are towards the sales manager Deryl Pearson, who did not value the AutoTrader quote for our trade-in (especially when this service is supposedly honored at this dealership according to the web page), and his rude manner in telling us that it was our responsibility to compromise for a deal. Because of the attitude of this sales manager and the long time he took to make a decision (which included a more detailed examination of our trade-in value since he initially grossly underestimated its value) we had to lower the score to 4 points across all categories. As soon as I had entered the lot I was greeted, and the selections specialist allowed me to look around on my own when I so desired, but hospitable. This was my first new car purchase. I did research local to me and shopped what I wanted on the internet. Mr. Collins made my car buying experiance painless. I was very hesitate about purchasing a new car because I did not want any more car payments. I've been having major problems with my previous car. My daughter purchased a car from Northwest Honda 2 years ago, and she would always say positive things about Northwest Honda. I purchased my 2011 Honda Accord with all the features and more with a "Wondeful" price. Everyone there was "very" nice. The associates worked as a team . When my sale person was taking care of my purchase, his co workers would offer me something to drink or just let me feel like they were all there to assist me! Northwest Honda staff is definitely a family! After purchasing my car Elliott assist me with helping me understand all the features that are available with my car. Which is too much to retain!...LOL. He also advised me I can come to him anytime if I need help. My sales person Melvin Ross was terrific! He was Very patience and understanding...especially having to deal with me because I was sometimes hesitate and nervous about the process. I am very please that I made the decision to move forward with the purchase. I am loving every minute of my new car and would advise everyone to purchase your car from Northwest Honda! I called 12 dealerships within 50 miles of my house and emailed a few others, and Northwest had the best price by far, many places could not even come close! Billy was the first to respond to my email request. Aside from being the cheapest, he was also very pleasant on the phone. He was upfront, honest, and straight to the point. Once I went to the dealership, he did not try to sell me anything else (i.e., upgrade to navigation, etc.), and the paperwork process went very quick since we had already settled on a price. When I went for the test drive, I felt like I was with a friend, not a salesman. Throughout the entire process, he made himself available via text to answer my questions, and he always responded promptly. I worked with Leandert for financing, he was also straight to the point, and VERY patient while I weighed my options! Elliott helped me to set up the bluetooth, and made sure I understood all the buttons on the inside of the car. I would (and have already!) recommended Northwest to my family--everyone that I worked with was friendly and informative. My dad ended up buying a car from them 3 days after I got mine; thanks to Northwest's friends and family referral program, my $100 check is in the mail! I am very pleased with my new car, and with my overall experience at Northwest Honda. More
