The car we wanted was not in stock, but James, our salesman, promised he could find one and he did! James really worked hard behind the scenes to make this all seem smooth and easy for us, and explaining all of our options, answering all questions. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the odyssey. The "accessories lady" explained our choices clearly and made it easy to make our decision on that. All were great with kids, and the vending facility was helpful, and the building itself pleasant and welcoming. I liked that all staff worked well together as a team, and helped each other out, even those not directly involved in the deal. We are new customers, and we would highly recommend northwest honda.
