James O was great on my test drive, and I did not sense the intense pressure to buy that one typically experiences at a dealership. He was courteous and professional Our salesman, Ray McLaughlin was great. He was honest and fair. He also added a personal touch by sending me a picture standing outside of Northwest Honda near our new car, which meant a lot. Duane Townsend was friendly, funny, and efficient. He actually made the financing aspect a true a joy. Overall, at Northwest Honda we were treated like family and we received an exceptional level of customer service that we did not expect to find at a car dealership. I would say that that I'd love to come back to buy another car, but I'm confident that my new 2014 Accord will last a very long time. Thanks again! More

Great Great Dealership! We were searching for a van for about 3-4 weeks. Got an email from Terelle Johnson followed by a phone call just to chat and introduce herself. I explained that I was exhausted from looking for the best deal and she reassured me we found the right dealer. I said great, hook me up with someone nice, friendly and a sense of humor. Then connected to Braden Boudris. Super Super Nice guy! From the moment I talked to him on the phone. She asked me to come in and look at the vans. I decided just to drive up and check things out with my mom. We were greeted at the door with a smile. Met Braden and looked at a van and left for the night. Went back up the next day to get the van appraised with my kids. I thought it was going to be the worse experience ever taking three kids to the dealer... But they accommodated them while Braden and I discussed pricing , This is when I got to meet Deryl Pearson. He was friendly, funny and by the end of the night I knew this is where we would be buying the van. While waiting for paper work I had small talk with other employees! We agreed on a price and then signed papers 2 days later. We had a little hiccup during the paper work but a quick call to Deryl (who was off!) and the issue was resolved! When we were in financing that was a quick and PAINLESS and enjoyable experience too ;) Leen was upfront, honest and personable! Just an awesome experience. I dreaded the whole process now I am exciting to tell others about how great and enjoyable experience it was! Far and away, we received the best service from Northwest Honda. Our sales associate, Michelle Makel, was fantastic! She took me on an extensive test drive of three different Odysseys that had in stock and carefully went over all the details of the vehicles. Michelle put no pressure on me to buy but went to great lengths to get the one I wanted ready for sale as it had just be traded in. I brought my wife and daughter the next day and she even had balloons and crayons for our daughter. Northwest Honda gave a great price for the best looking Odyssey I could find in the DC and Baltimore area (I looked at A LOT of them). I felt that the whole Northwest Honda team treated my family with a level of professionalism I did not find at other dealers.
