I brought my first car from this place 3 years ago. They called me to see if I could exchange it and I did today! Phil was extremely helpful and not a bad salesman for doing it for such a short time. It was a long process but I'm happy with the outcome! More
Our salesman Billy Collins was awesome to work with. We purchased 2 cars from him in a weeks time. He made the experience a pleasurable one. He was very knowledgeable about the cars he sold to us. He an purchased 2 cars from him in a weeks time. He made the experience a pleasurable one. He was very knowledgeable about the cars he sold to us. He answered all of our questions. What I liked about the dealership is there was no pressure to buy the vehicles. It was a very fast process in purchasing the cars. Gwen was very quick in getting all the necessary paperwork printed and signed. She was a very nice and kind woman to work with. The sales manager Matthew Proutt made a point of introducing himself to us and was very professional through the whole process. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. When we are in the market to purchase a vehicle for our son in 2012 we will definitely be going to Northwest Honda for our purchase. More

Since this vehicle was for my wife it was an hard sales job to satisify her requirements. We had looked at several other dealers and found Northwest Honda the most with the answere we needed. In fact, Philip had my wife drive the car, with us in the car, to our garage to make sure it fit. No other dealer had offered this during opening discussions. More
lied about who i was being financed through. told them i wanted to be financed through tower federal and they said ok then when all the paperwork was done i was financed through northwest whos interest rate wanted to be financed through tower federal and they said ok then when all the paperwork was done i was financed through northwest whos interest rates were way higher then tower federal. that issue was resolved. i was missing a valve stem sensor so they said to order the part and to come back the following week to have it installed. in the mean time the car started running funny and th echeck engine light came on. this way day 3 of the 30 day warranty through tower federal. when i went to get my valve stem sensor installed i found out that they never even ordered the part yet. i had them check out the check engine light and after sitting in there waiting room for 2 hours i found out all the mechanic did was cleaned the sensor which is the cheap way of going about fixing the problem. so when i left i was without my valvestem sensor still and my car was still running funny. less then a week later my check engine light is back on. i brought my car back to northwest were i was given a rental. my car was there for about a week. when i got it back they had finally put my valvestem sensor in but they had scratched my rim so badly in so many spots that i began to get angry. they said they wouold have someone fix it for me. i drove off there lot that day with the sensor fixed but within a few more days the light was back on. now im getting frustrated because im calling northwest and they will not answer or return any of my calls so after i few days i drove BACK to northwest. they said its the catalytic converter this time and i have now been waiting to have my car back for over 3 weeks because the part is on backorder and they ruined the old cat on the car taking it off so now my car is just sitting there waiting for the new part. i have owned the car since 10-27-11 and i have only driven it for maybe 2 weeks. when i called the owner of northwest to complain about the manager andrew he said he was taking this very seriously and would call me back. sure enough no phone call back or email. come to find out andrew is his nephew. so overall northwest honda is HORRIBLE with their customer service. they dont return emails or phone calls like promised and apparently they dont communicate well among themselves since it was said my valvestem sensor was in and when i got there it hadnt even been ordered. i would never recomend northwest to anyone and i would never buy from them again. i contacted the BBB and we are working this out. theres alot i have left out but i have been given 3 differnt rentals since the start of this which they make me go pick up and drop off. i dont see where that is my problem anymore. im taking the risk of driving there and the time and gas. i live 20 miles away and it seems like im driving there more then iv been driving to work and well gas isnt cheap. i think they should refund me some money for all of the frustration and hassle they have put me through plus for the gas i have spent driving to and from there shop. i hope whoever reads this strongly considers buying from northwest. there your bestfriend until you cut them that check then they will forget all about you! We felt TJ was honest and anticipated our needs (detailing features that were relevant to having an infant as a passenger, etc.) while working with us. Unfortunately the car was in high demand the afternoon that we purchased it and therefore we were unable to negotiate a better deal from the listed price. More
