For my recent purchase, I used dealerrater.com and filled out the forms directly on a variety of dealer sites to solicit bids from dealers that I've worked with previously or that appeared to be highly rated. All told, I solicited bids from 8 dealers. Northwest beat the next closest bid by $800 and most by $1000-$1500. They honored my desire to work via email and never tried to pressure me to get on the phone. The price was offered up right from the beginning and there were never any games. When we showed up to purchase the car, Michelle, with whom I had been dealing, greatly us warmly and quickly took us out to see the car. She got the paperwork started right away, and while we were subjected to the usual sales pitch on various options and warranties from other members of the Northwest team, it was a soft sell approach and we felt no pressure whatsoever. All told, this now being my fourth car purchase (I keep cars for 9-10 years on average), this was perhaps the best one by far. I heartily recommend that you include Northwest and Michelle in your search for a new Honda. More
