I kept the car for a little more than a month before I traded it in on another Avalon. I have purchased Avalon's for the past 10 years. When I bought an Avalon from a private seller I always had my mechanic inspect it. I didn't feel it was necessary to have my mechanic inspect the Avalon I bought from Northwest as I expected your dealership to be professionals and that they would provide full discloser on the condition of the car I purchased. I paid top dollar for the Avalon I purchased from you. I took a $2k lose when I traded it in for another Avalon at Bob Bell." John Roberts More

Over the last six weeks I had been searching but did not disclose my experience, some good and some really bad, to Dereck until after I purchased the vehicle. I wanted a clean slate and that's what I got. Dereck was pleasant, calm and well verse in his knowledge of the vehicle. His years of experience and dealing with customers were apparent in his overall attitude and his willingness to include you in the process. He answered all my questions. Great sales advice and help from Mgary Williams Mr. Williams must be one of the best and most effective salesmen with whom we have had the pleasure of dealing buying cars over the past forty years. He looked after everything in our search for a used CR-V with low mileage and good equipment, from first learning about what we wanted to seeing to it that the service department cleaned up some minor dings on the car we ultimately bought. One very revealing story: we spend much more time on completing sale paperwork because the dealership was installing and learning how to use new "paperless" sale computer software. The process dragged on and we, without eating for many hours, found our blood sugar dropping rapidly. Mgary drove a mile to the local deli and treated us to a healthy high-protein lunch while the closing staff worked with the tricky new software. He is a jewel, and we had several used CRVs to choose from at various dealerships in the area: we chose the CRV from Northwest because of Mgary Williams. We will be sure to pass on his name to our friends in the Baltimore-Washington area. More

I had another question and was connected with John Cabal who was helpful and responsive. He quoted the floor price with the dealer work added in which increased the price about $1,000 (new tires and brakes and oil change the main expenses). I asked which price was the actual price and he said they would honor the original lower price quoted . . . whew. Very helpful, stuck around a little later since we had to drive up from Whidbey Island. No pressure, John made it very easy. Thank you! More
