I entered this dealership with the intention that I was I entered this dealership with the intention that I was simply looking for a future vehicle. The sales specialist Mr. Lamont Sheppard and finance manager Rachel were the best sales specialist I have ever met, I had previously visited two other popular dealerships and the reception was not pleasing, however Mr. sheppard listened to my concerns on what i wanted, why i wanted them and he met my demands.. i was shocked b/c this was my very first purchase of a used vehicle and they even took my trade of a 96 Nissan quest.. that really amazed me... I cant enuff about this dealership..they were a God sent and I would recommend them again.. I drove away with a 2010 toyota camry and i am truly happen with the purchase... thanks northwest Honda.. u rBETTER THEN THE REST.!!!!! More

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I came into the dealership after finding the car that I wanted online. I didn't have money to put down for my dream car but that didn't stop this deal, the Finance Manager Robert Lashley understood my need and also workout a phenominal deal for me with a low interest rate & payments I can afford. I didn't feel taken advantage of just because I was a women. It took a little over 2 hrs and I rode away in my DREAM CAR thanks to Larry & Robert team Dynamite!!!!! Larry Brooks was a great person to work with when purchasing my car. I felt no pressure to purchase a vehicle and Larry takes pride in having that approach. I've had a terrible time dealing with this dealership. My family has been buying Hondas from this dealership for over ten years because of the sales team here. We love the pricing and service given up until the point of sale. After purchasing the vechicle dealing with the service side is a NIGHTMARE. I have never been treated nicely on any interaction with the service team. I love the salesman from this dealership and I really hope he moves to another Honda dealership so I can buy another car from him. But I will be buying my next Honda from ANY other dealership then this one. Go to any other dealership then this one you will be much happier. More
