My experience with Larry and the people he work with was a great experience. I came in needing a vehicle and he worked with me to make sure I got the car I wanted. Larry and the other workers at Honda even a great experience. I came in needing a vehicle and he worked with me to make sure I got the car I wanted. This was a great experience because he was patient, understanding and he never snapped at me once, even when I called him several times. I will continue to work with Larry in the future when I am ready for another vehicle and I will always send my people to see him. We looked at the two Accords of interest and decided to make a offer. We sat down with the sales rep and I gave him a offer . I emphasized that this would be the total amount I would pay for the vehicle. The sales rep does his thing and goes into the managers office. The manager returns and relays to us that he would not be able to give this price. I get up from my seat and thank him , shake his hand. After about 5 steps the General manager starts to yell (Several times ) at me and tell me I was rude. As I continue to walk out the door his banter continues. We reach our car and leave the dealership. Before I exited the show room I told him his behavior was immature and maybe he was to sensitive to be in the business. Really is this acceptable ? It must be nice to be selling so many cars that you can treat customers like this. Kurt More

The dealership is not high-pressure on the add-ons and doesn't waste your time pushing services (extended warranty, undercoating, fabric coating, etc.) if you're clearly not interested. Getting ready to go back to buy a 4th car from Rob, as soon as the 2014 Civics come in! Rob Pullo MADE my experience with Northwest Honda. He helped me with a used car purchase even though he's a new car salesman. When I've called ahead and told him what I was interested in (models and colors), he's had them lined up in the parking lot waiting for me to test drive as soon as I drove onto the lot - including going across the street and bringing used cars over. We've negotiated prices over the phone or via email and when I've called around to get other dealers to match (I like Rob,and am loyal, but I'm not stupid!), no one was lower than the price offered by NW. By far the best, easiest and quickest car-buying experience I've ever had. I've had Toyotas and Chevrolets in the past, and will probably never buy anything but a Honda going forward, just because because the buying experience is such a pleasure and I can skip the B.S.! :-) I read some of the negative reviews on here. I too previously had some not-so-great experiences at Northwest, but it was always with a goofy salesperson. If you're not happy with the salesperson, don't give up on the DEALERSHIP ... talk to the sales manager and tell them you want ROB PULLO! Don't worry about hurting a "goofy" salesperson's feelings ... chances are when you go back they'll be gone anyway. Rob has been there for years (and better not leave!) :-) Best service guy ever (Paul L.) moved out of state, but their service department is very nice too! Do the work on time and are honest! More

I had a very great experience from the moment I spoke with Terelle on the phone. I knew that this was the place for me to find my 1st car. But I can honestly say that I have no horror story to tell. Upon speak with Todd Keefer on the phone I was a little hesitant at first though, he was a little eh! I didn't feel to sure only for him to turn all that prehesitation around. Honda has a big asset there at Northwest Honda. Todd you were a sweetie from the moment we shook hands. You treated me fair & kind. Thank you so much for that!!!! When I thought all was loss and I was having trouble gaining insurance, you were very patient. You even collaborated with Duane to offer assistance. Which by the way Duane thanks for your all your hard work and determantion on getting me financed. I know it wasn't easy! Also I would also like to thank the reciptionist for being kind and friendly...first imperssions are lasting and I remember you being kind as well!!! You were the reason why I continued to walk on through and keep my appointment! To the short salesmen that made me feel less than worthy for being there upon knowing that I was Todd's client, when I was just browsing around before my appointment time. Then proceeded to point out the door to tell me where I could find him! All I could think to say at the moment was WOW REALLY!! You almost lost Todd a sale! I know I couldn't afford a BRAND NEW HONDA, but it costs NOTHING to LOOK!! And that's all I was doing calming my nerves and LOOKING. Thanks for making things worse! You could actually learn something from Todd. Todd you were awesome don't change. I had my eye on that HONDA CIVIC SI.
