Time to trade in a 200,000 mile vehicle. Mr Augutine Lee said to trust him that he would get us the best deal he could. He addressed himself more to my wife than me, but I guess that was ok. Great Experience - no high pressure sales tactics! I started looking a few months ago. During my initial visit I explained I was just looking and researching. Greg was very informative and did not try to pressure me. I went next to McCarthy Chevrolet and the salesperson there would not take no for an answer. He kept trying to pressure me to test drive even after I repeatedly said I was not there for that purpose. Needless to say, I decided then that when I was ready to buy I would be going back to Frank Ancona and Greg. When I was ready, I walked in and Greg remembered me right away. I wanted a specific model that they didn't have on their lot at the time. Greg went through a couple of options and was able to get me exactly what I wanted. Couldn't be happier with my new car!!
