IS THIS HONEST? I don't think I've ever talked to Ryan... and WHAT back ordered part?!?! My dealer rating is regarding the purchase of a new CRV Hybrid and the sales process around that pending purchase. NOTE - I think Ryan perhaps knows what this is about - they have notes in their computer system under my name regarding this sale. They've referred to the notes several times during our dealings. Please call me Ryan (and I'll probably not respond to further comments by Honda of Olathe).
