I had to take the van in for two separate services in the past few months. Both times, the customer service has been outstanding. Employees have worked with us and explained everything really well. I have brought my vehicle to them twice, for the same issue. The first time, they replaced the climate control unit, but the thing broke again, so they have fixed it, again, under warranty, getting abou issue. The problem is that some of dash board elements no longer align correctly, and the dealer is denying the responsibility, claiming that they did not cause the issue. I have never taken this vehicle for repairs to any other dealer. More

I brought my honda of certain model to the Honda of Olathe for check up. The service rep told me & gave me a list of items that need to be worked on, and I replied back with my choices of the items to Olathe for check up. The service rep told me & gave me a list of items that need to be worked on, and I replied back with my choices of the items to work on. I told the rep that I also need to have a second key fob made. The rep answered they can make a new key fob within 3 business days. So I left my "new" car with Honda of Olathe for them to work on it & wait for the key fob. Three business days had passed, and i heard nothing back from the rep, and I called several times & check on the repair status. So I went back to the dealer on the third business day anyway so I can use the car. I went to the service dept & met my rep, and the rep said the car is ready, and the key fob won't be ready for another week because of their busy schedule. So I walked around the car & realize their mechanic had messed up the rear windshield wiper, and the rep said oh we will fix the wiper for free next time when you come in for the key fob. I started to doubt the rep, so I went to another location to make additional repair plus the key fob. Within one working day, the key fob was ready & additional items fixed. Honda of Olathe made promises upfront then hang me to dry when it is time to deliver. It left a really bad taste in my mouth & would not even consider going back for any service. More
Had an amazing experience buying a vehicle at Honda of Olathe! I research dealers as well as vehicles. Having looked for a specific vehicle for two months, I found one at Honda of Olathe. I gladly bypassed a dealership 30 minutes from my house to drive the three hours to Olathe. Good choice. From test driving with Selden to having Dre as my salesman, everyone was wonderful. Prices are transparent, no pressure, no added, surprise fees, and no pressure on the extended warranties, which I declined. I look forward to using Honda of Olathe for car shopping in the future. I thought they would treat my car like they would if they were putting it out on the lot to sell. I was wrong. They didn't wax the exterior or put anything to protect the inside paneling. I asked why would you make me an appointment if you don’t have the part and even send a reminder the day prior. They could have called and let me know instead wasted gas and time off taken.
