They also had a large inventory to choose from. Auggie Lee led us through the process of deciding just which vehicle and what features we wanted. He was informative without being a high pressure salesman. We felt he was very honest and sincerely wanted us to have a great van. Great Experience - no high pressure sales tactics! I started looking a few months ago. During my initial visit I explained I was just looking and researching. Greg was very informative and did not try to pressure me. I went next to McCarthy Chevrolet and the salesperson there would not take no for an answer. He kept trying to pressure me to test drive even after I repeatedly said I was not there for that purpose. Needless to say, I decided then that when I was ready to buy I would be going back to Frank Ancona and Greg. When I was ready, I walked in and Greg remembered me right away. I wanted a specific model that they didn't have on their lot at the time. Greg went through a couple of options and was able to get me exactly what I wanted. Couldn't be happier with my new car!! Denny is a veteran car salesman and knows how to treat people. No pressure and easy to work with. When we moved to the "dealing", I was again surprised: no BS!
