I am the type of person that after a few years has the need for a new car. I will certainly recommend Frank Ancona Honda Dealer and especially and the sales professional Karen Judt. Karen was up front with me from the very beginning. I expressed to Karen over the phone my dislike for typical car sales methodology . . . those of you who by cars know what I mean . . . you go in, they cake you wait . . . and play the manager game. This did NOT happen at Frank Ancona. In fact, Karen sent me numbers I could work with over the email. I followed by going into the dealer and met the manager on the showroom. He was just walking around munching on an apple. Nice guy. Just like Karen, no pressure and had the most confidence in his sales people, especially Karen.
