I went out looking for a new car went to three or so dealers all just as typically as the rest, pushy and just wanting to make a sale and bot actually trying to get you want you needed or wanted. I ended up at Honda of Olathe and they asked what I was looking for and features that I would like I told them they sat down and gave me multiple options and let me take a few out on the road to see what I liked and how they felt they never seemed pushy, never tried to make me feel pressured into anything, I found one that I liked told them I needed a couple days to think about it, they called the next day just to see if there was any questions I had thought of after I had left and then I went back a few days later the purchasing process was very easy and straight forward. I had never bought a vehicle from a dealership just due to the fact of how complicated and all of the dumb things they like to push on you and try to tell you that you need but Honda of Olathe never made me feel that way! My wife and I have been looking for a car for about a month. New and used. After meeting misrepresentations, no customer service, liars, and hidden dealer fees, we went to Honda of Olathe. I was in the show room about 2 seconds and a smiling Sam came up and greeted me! He asked if I had ever been there before, I said no and he proceeded to tell me how their dealership worked. The price is set and that is what it is, no hidden dealer fees. The price was exactly in our price range. I had a bunch of questions that Sam answered every time. He is very knowledgeable about the cars and is great at customer service. I brought my wife back and we purchased the car I wanted. Nick did a great job presenting our financing options and extra warranties but absolutely no pressure! This team and dealership did a phenomenal job and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone I know!
