I have had my car serviced there ,also took my son and his wife in for a new vehicle purchase and just recently took my best friend and employee of mine in to purchase his vehicle. My friend Tony has worked for me for over 25 years so I would never steer him wrong. The number one reason I deal with Frank Ancona Honda is because of Mr. James Trotter one of their salesmen. A top class person from the moment you speak to him. I have purchased 2 cars myself from him even when he worked elsewhere, both Hondas. I took my son and daughter in law in when they needed a new car and James took excellent care of them. My mom and dad have purchased 3 new Hondas from James with me taking them in to see him. Then my good friend and employee Tony just recently purchase a 2012 Chevrolet Z-71 pick up from James. I saw the truck and knew it was exactly what he was looking for and immediately asked for James Trotter. As usual for James, he greated us with a smile and spent considerable time with Tony and myself about the truck. He goes far and above when it comes to taking care of his customers. you never have to fear any pressure, or being hurried with James. If you have questions , just ask and he is there for you. James is by far the most honest, sincerest individual and whether you buy a car from him or not, you will walk away knowing what a great individual to have met with. Anyway, my friend Tony was impressed with how James treated him and he loved the truck, so he was delighted I took him to Frank Ancona Honda to purchase it. The dealership is super top notch, the service department is fantastic, the service advisor Jerry Brown is a fantastic person to deal with when you need service or repairs, the facility is upscale and offers great amenities while you wait and above all, I cant overstate the ONE HUGE REASON I do business there is because of JAMES TROTTER!!! From the moment we pulled into the lot and were greeted by Lynn our experience was different than a number of the dealerships we had visited in the area. I didn't feel like I was being bombarded with a number of questions the second I got out of the car, but instead I felt as though my family and I were just having a conversation with an old friend. During the test drive he didn't keep asking what I thought of the vehicle and try to sell me on all of the different features, which was something I had experienced at all of the other places I looked. Because Lynn took the time to go over everything with me and didn't make me feel pressured to make a decision on the spot, purchasing my vehicle was such an enjoyable experience. I can't say enough good things about our experience with Lynn, he will definitely be the first person I call for my next vehicle. More

I was really worried about running my credit, and he told me he wouldn't run it until I was absolutely ready to buy a car. I couldn't believe how nice he was being. It was nothing like I thought buying a car would be. I thought the salesperson was going to be super pushy and rude and try to talk me into buying a car that day. Sean definitely did not act that way. After the day of test driving, I came back home and we finished the sale over text for the next few days! I had purchased my Honda Fit at Frank Ancona and always had the service done there. I brought up their website looked at 2016 Fits and inquired about the Internet Pricing. I received a call from Cecelia Bayless?, their Internet Sales Specialist?, a few minutes later. In less than 2 minutes I had a test drive set up with James Trotter during my lunch hour the next day.. I showed up on time and was James was there waiting. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. They had a large selection the base LX and the EX to test drive. I knew wanted the EX, so we drove it. James answered all my questions and pointed out new features. When we returned, I found out there was an EX-L with leather seats and interior. Ancona didn't have a 2016 one, but over the next 24 hours James tracked down one that was out of town OR Ancona had a 2015 Certified Pre Owned one with only 6,000 miles. James gave me a straight forward break down of costs for both. I chose the 2016 because of the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. Two days lated it was ready for pickup. During the entire process James "The Jet" Trotter was frinedly, straight forward, and in communication with me. I'll keep taking my Fit there for service and will look there for my next car purchase.
