Like he truly wanted me to do what was best for me. Aaron was honestly, the easiest, most personable Salesman I have ever worked with. From the very beginning, he just made things simple. I never felt pressured or like he was trying to get more out of me than I had. He was always accessible and never made me feel rushed in my decision (even though I was up there THREE times in 4 days). I just don't think I can say enough good things about my experience. We had been to several other dealers over the last few months and we knew exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, some of those other dealers were dishonest about the conditions of the vehicles and the history (thank you Carfax!). We drove almost an hour from our home just to go to Frank Ancona. Brad showed us exactly the vehicle we asked to see, bravely rode with me for a test drive, answered all of my questions, and helped us with our trade in. We believe we got a very fair deal and they really worked with us. They made it clear that they wanted our business, but we were never pressured or made to feel as if the deal would not be there if we left that day. We also had our 14 month old with us and she was treated kindly by all of the staff. Brad, an experienced grandfather, even helped us with our stroller as we were leaving :) We honestly could not have asked for a more positive experience when purchasing this vehicle. More

No pressure! No gimmicks! I drove into the dealership in my 22 yr old Camry that I purchased brand new in 1994. I had my heart set on another Toyota. But someone told me just t I drove into the dealership in my 22 yr old Camry that I purchased brand new in 1994. I had my heart set on another Toyota. But someone told me just to "sit" in a Honda, just to compare, just to be sure. I had already done all my on-line research. Auggie walked up and asked if he could help. Quite honestly, I didn't even realize he was a salesman at first, he spoke to us like we were old friends. He was friendly, very helpful, answered all our questions, very professional. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, no fuss. I test drove a 2016 Civic and fell in love! But, I'm a Toyota girl! We left and went to Toyota. We left Toyota and went back to Frank Ancona Honda! I'm now a Honda girl! It worked out that I was actually able to pick up my new car on my 50th Birthday, and Auggie put a bow on it! Since it had been 22 years since I bought a new car, I have to admit, I was nervous, but the experience I had was quite pleasant. I may not wait 22 years the next time! More
