Pressure free car shopping experience I had been searching for a "new" used car for a while and was quite overwhelmed. I knew the car I wanted but I could not believe how many there were. I had found a car that fit everything I was looking for at Frank Ancona Honda and scheduled a test drive. I was met with a very friendly, helpful salesman (Lynn Lowe) who answered all my questions and made the experience much easier. The car was exactly what I was looking for. Went for one car and left with a better one. I set an appointment at Frank Ancona Honda to look at a used civic that I had seen on their website. after arriving I discovered that the car I had co I set an appointment at Frank Ancona Honda to look at a used civic that I had seen on their website. after arriving I discovered that the car I had come to see sold just before I made it to the dealership. Understanding my disappointment the salesman working with me (Todd Heston) worked out a deal for me to get a more expensive car with less miles for the same price as the vehicle I planned to see in the first place. I gladly accepted the offer and i am now enjoying my new Civic. Thanks. Todd! P.S I am giving a 4 out of 5 stars for quality of work because my car was still a bit dirty when i drove it off the lot. Nothing i couldn't handle myself though. More

Good car, poor customer service I recently purchased a car from Frank Ancona Honda. The paper work and financing took us quite awhile, not their fault, but I did not drive away until I recently purchased a car from Frank Ancona Honda. The paper work and financing took us quite awhile, not their fault, but I did not drive away until after closing. I received a call that my paperwork was ready to pick up a week later so I drove over. While there I asked about mats for the new car since we did not have time to discuss it sooner. Hoping they would "throw them in" was a big mistake. Not only did I have to purchase them, they wanted me to give them an instruction book for the car I had traded in. I know they are not obligated to do this, but my daughter had just bought a car else where and that courtesy was offered to her. For $200 they are willing to lose my business, and insure I will never buy another car from them. Seem like poor customer relations to me. More
