My car salesman Todd Heston explained in detail anything I had questions on, everything from the pricing algorithm Frank Ancona uses to keep their pricing competitive to the inter-workings of their automatic car wash. To try and gain leverage on the price of my vehicle, I used a few popular car searching web sites to find some more competitive prices and surprisingly, Frank Ancona beat the pricing of a majority of the other dealer. On top of that, I got a lifetime warranty! The fiance group was the same, the evening was late and the banks were closed, and Brad Turner just knew he could find me a better rate . That next morning, he found me a better rate, we signed the papers and i was done. No pressure there. Couldn't have been easier, I was pleased with the experience and probably wont shop anywhere else and will recommend anyone of my family, friends or social media followers to head to Frank Ancona for a new ride. More
