Purchasing New Car I was looking for an end of the year purchase of a 2016 CRV and a trade in for my 2012 Civic. Far and away the fairest deal I got was from Frank Ancona. Everything sales manager Linwood told and offered me on the phone was exactly what he delivered when I drove out to Olathe to show him my car. You don't know how much that means to me to be able to trust a dealer like that. Many times in the past I had been misled and lied to just to lure me into the store. Not Linwood! And Brad Osborn was the salesman who answered all of my questions, explained all about the vehicle and was quite a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. Great Salesperson and dealership experience We were looking for a new Honda Odyssey. I went to the dealership and talked to Brad Osborn. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. We wanted to add few accessories to the car but were not sure. I turned to Brad for advice and it was so nice of him to suggest only the necessary ones and not sell us everything. He also helped with price negotiations. I was injured and not in a position to go the dealership to do the paperwork. It was REALLY KIND of Brad to bring the paperwork to us (at home) and get all signatures. I haven't heard about this kind of service before. We were not able to pickup the car for couple of weeks and it was again nice of him to allow us to take our time. We finally went to pickup the car. There were lots of features in the car. It would have taken atleast a little effort on my end to learn the features. It was very nice of Brad to explain us everything in detail. He is very knowledgeable. We are happy with our purchase and will definitely recommend anyone to make their next purchase from this dealership and do business especially with Brad. Even after the purchase, Brad was still very helpful in answering my questions about registration. He is still willing to address any concerns that I might have with the car going forward. More

We had been using Ancona Honda for all of our service work even though we did not buy the car there. Our salesman, Auggie Lee, was informed, attentive and fun to deal with. We were in and out of the dealership, including the test drive, in less than two hours. The color we wanted was not immediately available, so we put a deposit down on a unit that was to be delivered in six weeks. Within two weeks Ancona had found and dealer traded for a unit in Nebraska. It was flatbedded down and we took delivery a week ago. Thanks Guys! More
