They didn't have a second key when I bought the car, but when I went back to get it customer service was wonderful. Auggie was very friendly and understanding that I was nervous about getting a first car. He made sure to show me how to use everything the car came with so that I felt comfortable. I would definitely recommend that people see Auggie, because he was so nice! More

I needed After getting into a car accident where my 2002 Ford Focus was totaled, I couldn't work for weeks due to the distance between me and my job. I needed a new whip and badly, but had no savings, don't have stellar credit, and hadn't been able to get to work (see aforementioned). Bills had to be paid and time was running out. I had gone from dealership to dealership, trying to find a deal on any sort of car - used, new purchase, new lease, whatever. I simply needed to be able to get a car. Most places offered reasonable options, but never anything ideal for the price I'd be paying. Everything changed the moment my friend (who stepped up to be a co signer in lieu of simply relying on my credit) and I stepped into Frank Ancona. Instead of being -eventually- noticed by someone and greeted plaintively, as we had at every other place, the moment I made a comment on a cool looking classic car parked at the entrance, the lady at the front desk actually joked with me by saying "oh I'm sorry, we're all out of that color." That's the #1 way to get my attention as a customer, honestly, and I appreciated the immediate atmosphere of relaxed and casual friendliness I got from just that initial encounter. Only a moment later, Aaron Knight showed up to greet the two of us. This is where my experience at FAH went from surprisingly good, to suspiciously awesome. This guy seriously floored me with his amiable manner and the perfect balance between guy-who-makes-money-selling-you-expensive-stuff and someone you'd want to crack open a cold one with. I literally don't think I've ever met someone in sales who does his job as well as him...but anyways, I digress. He asked me what I was looking for, and I told him both my situation and the kind of cars I preferred to drive. He instantly showed me a couple of models he thought I'd be interested in; he clearly paid attention because they were perfectly suited for my preferences, to the point where making a decision between them in the end was super difficult to do. However, the cars were awesome looking without being expensive, had tons of super cool features I didn't know existed, were ideal for both me as a driver and my dogs as passengers, and were actually very reasonably priced for 2017 models! I was in awe. But then, Aaron surprised me by doing something NO other dealership had - he asked if I wanted to drive one. No big deal, you say, every dealership does that. But how many dealerships let you drive a car BEFORE making you sit down and do copious amounts of financial background checking, just to be sure you make enough money for them to approve you? Aaron just needed my ID, then asked what color I wanted to drive. (What?! They're so considerate, they even let you drive the color you like, as infinitesimal a detail as that is!!! You can tell what kind of customer service Aaron has.) So I got to drive these cars (and they were freaking awesome) and make my decision (2017 Honda HR-V). It was only then we did the work to get approved. Somehow, even with my credit and a $2000 down payment, I was able to get a lease on this awesome car for $225 a month, which included a maintenance package from the dealership. The whole time we were working on finances, Aaron made it super easy, joked with us the whole time, explained everything in great detail without making me feel like I'm an idiot, and generally perfected this experience. I got to drive away from that dealership with a beautiful car (which I call my Batman car, and have consequently named Master Wayne) and a smile on my face, all thanks to Aaron, and to this wonderful dealership. My experience with dealerships is minimal, but I don't have to have an extensive history to be able to say confidently that FRANK ANCONA HONDA DESERVE$ YOUR BUSINESS MORE THAN ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP IN THE AREA. PERIOD. And if you disagree, fight me. Thanks Aaron for everything you do. Let me know if you want someone to recommend you for a raise. I gotchu fam. More

Augie helped me calculate rather I should be putting more money into my student loans or my car payment. He did a calculation and was very helpful. I ended up paying off a student loan instead of putting the money into my car based on the rate of return. After my dad and I finished up with Augie, we met with Brad Turner to go through my finance. He was great to spend time with and finalize my payment and insurance. He made great recommendations and did not seam 'sales-ie" at all. I loved my experience at Frank Ancona Honda! More
I love my Honda! I kept going back and forth between Honda and Toyota and since my whole family has Toyotas i was inclined to get it again. My salesmen went above and beyond to help me look at all the different make of Hondas that were in my price range and answered all of my (many) questions and concerns. He was very patient and gave me a lot of advice and input that I really appreciated. If it weren't for him I probably would of just gone with Toyota but due to his customer service and knowdlege of the cars it ultimately pursuaded me to buy Honda. Once I decided to purchase a car from Honda the process was fast and easy. It was a great experience for someone like me who is hesitant to make decisions especially since this was my first car I was buying on my own. More
