She worked very patiently with me, made sure I got the exact model of car I wanted, and even the right colour. I was very anxious, having been in an accident less than 24 hours before, and she repeatedly reassured me, and I didn't feel at all rushed or pressured. Everything sales manager Linwood told and offered me on the phone was exactly what he delivered when I drove out to Olathe to show him my car. You don't know how much that means to me to be able to trust a dealer like that. Many times in the past I had been misled and lied to just to lure me into the store. Not Linwood!
