Amazing Service! We had amazing service from the beginning at this dealership. We fell in love with a certain model of van, but really wanted a different color. Auggie worked with us and was able to find one and have it transferred in that was a different color. When we were done purchasing our car, Auggie ran through all of the features on the vehicle. He was quite knowledgeable and didn't leave anything out. I left feeling very comfortable with my new van. The dealership itself was beautiful and had a great waiting area. There was an amazing variety of snacks/soda/coffee available at all times. My daughter and son enjoyed the children's room. Also we did the entire process with both of our kids in tow (5.5 yrs, 16 months) and everyone was super friendly to them. This was a night and day different experience from my last vehicle that I purchased at a nearby Toyota dealership. I didn't feel pressured into buying things that I didn't want. We came specifically to look at a certain model of van, and there was no attempt to up-sell us to a higher trim. I hope to get to buy another vehicle with them in the future and look forward to doing some oil changes there to enjoy their nice lounge! More

During our first visit, I told him I was comparing vehicles and I still had at least one other dealership to visit. He understood and didn't brush us off or unnecessarily pressure us. He took the time to take both my husband and me on two test drives on two different days. He even brought a vehicle to our house so we could try out our kids' car seats without having to bring our kids to the dealership. Next time we're in the market for a new vehicle, we'll definitely stop by and see what Auggie (and Frank Ancona Honda) has to offer. Working with the finance department was about as expected. When we were debating about the add-on items, Chad was more than willing to let us use the office to discuss. More

Dave Blair did an excellent job of showing my wife and I several Hondas. He was highly knowledgeable and clearly listened to our objectives. Mr. Blair even explained how to better adapt our current Honda Civic to our unique driving positions. The only reason I did not buy Honda, this time, was because Honda did not yet offer what I wanted - which is too bad because I really think Honda shows one of the most high value/affordable, best made and elegant brands on the market and Dave Blair can tell you why. I will be back to Frank Ancona next time. More
A good new car buying experience At 80 we needed a vehicle that was easy to get in and out of and since this would be our 12th Honda we decided on the 2017 Honda CRV-ex. A great car/ At 80 we needed a vehicle that was easy to get in and out of and since this would be our 12th Honda we decided on the 2017 Honda CRV-ex. A great car/decision BTW! Fortunately James Trotter was the next salesman up and he saw to our needs without any pressure or a bunch of add-ons. We new what we wanted and that is what he sold us after offering us a fair trade-in and discount. Hazzle free! Ask for James "the Jet" and you won't be sorry. More
Good Car Buying Experience We have not bought a new car in ten years, so even though we were buying the same car again, the changes in the car are a little overwhelming. Our sales person was very patient explaining all the computerized features. He even invited us to come back later for a more detailed explanation of how all the apps work. We got the price we were looking for as well. I would highly recommend Honda to anyone. More
One of the most interesting experiences I've ever had. Went to war with these guys. Basically I had a written email from an employee there telling me how much I was getting for my trade and how much I was Went to war with these guys. Basically I had a written email from an employee there telling me how much I was getting for my trade and how much I was being sold their vehicle for. Went in expecting it, 2 hours later the GM and new car sales manager tell me I'm not getting the deal. It got heated, they threatened to call the cops, blah blah blah, the usual. Hey I know I was at fault and will own 20% of it, but I never got an apology or any sense of ownership from them. Come on, how you gonna set up an appt. telling me the deals done and come in and then tell me no 2 hours in??? Wack. And they know this too. Talk about bait and switch. Heres why I'm still giving them 4 stars. They made it right. After the arrogant car salesman attitude was dropped and they started acting with humility (owning their part of the fault) is when we were able to talk like adults, shake hands, and keep it pushin. Even though overall, the business was ran fairly sloppy (excessive sitting around waiting, lack of ownership for faults until called on it, excessive errors by car salesman in paperwork given to finance manager) I'd buy from them again. Why??? Because of Leawood. At the end of it all, he walked up to me, looked me directly in the eyes and said, "I'm sorry, man to man, we screwed up and I want to make this right". For that, they've earned a customer for life. Moral of the story, we're all humans and make mistakes, but it's about the recovery. Thanks Frank Ancona for making it right. More

I was referred specifically to Dave Blair by a friend, and he did not disappoint. He got us all the information we ever asked for and made every accommodation possible to work with us and our schedule. They have a waiting area with a soda fountain and snacks, and Dave made sure we knew about it while we were sitting there waiting on financing paperwork. Brad Turner, in the Finance office, was also fantastic. He explained everything and answered every question we had. This whole experience was, by far, the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would absolutely buy from Frank Ancona Honda again! More
