What we received was detailed attention, helpful encouragement and Auggie ready to assist with each step in the process, which in turn was much quicker than expected. Detailed information was provided about the vehicle, options to get the color we wanted and suggestions for convenient final sale schedule. We would recommend this dealership and specifically Auggie Lee for buying your next vehicle. We feel the financing offers were also more than competitive than other types of options we had and that we received a very fair price. We went out on the used car lot and did exterior inspection on the 2014 Honda CRV. It appeared to be in excellent condition. We walked into the dealership and were greeted by David Blair who asked if he might be of service. He took us out on a test drive and then he gave us details about this certified CRV. He appraised our used vehicle and made us a fair trade offer. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle. We left to inspect another vehicle at a different dealer and after our inspection, I called David and told him we would be back to purchase his vehicle. The rest is history. This was a very pleasant buying experience. David is a real professional. More
