Wonderful Experience! Before going to Honda of Olathe, I browsed at 4 different dealerships. I didnt have a pleasant experience with previous dealerships I've been to so I wasn't expecting much from Honda of Olathe when I walked in. But what can I say, from start to finish, their service was fantastic. My salesman was Augustine Lee, aka "Auggie," and he helped me to find the right car for me and made me feel valuable. I don't really know anything about cars and Auggie was knowledgeable about cars and he wasn't so rushed to sell a car. He was honest about some wear and tears about used cars he showed me and he was just trying to help me find a right car for me instead of just trying to sell a car for his own record. Everything was ready for us and our over the phone deal was solidified! If you happen to go to Honda of Olathe, ask for Auggie Lee! He is the best! More

We went to many dealerships and shopped around that week. We chose Brad because he followed up on his words. the most flexible to work with, and gave us the best deal for our budget. However when it came to the financing office I was treated like nothing but a sale. I was pushed and pressured after countless refusals to get extended warranties. I would recommend Brad as a sales person but wouldn't wish the shark of a financing lady on my worst enemy. I sincerely regret the thousands of dollars of mine she talked me out of for something I didn't want and pray everyone coming to this dealership is ready to be treated by her just like another commission More

DO NOT TRUST THE GENERAL Manager OF LEGENDS TOYOTA DUCE LETT I am a DISABLED AMERICAN VETERAN who SERVED HER COUNTRY and the absolutely ONLY THING I AM GUILTY OF, "IS TRYING TO BUY A CAR"! I talked to DUCE LETT I am a DISABLED AMERICAN VETERAN who SERVED HER COUNTRY and the absolutely ONLY THING I AM GUILTY OF, "IS TRYING TO BUY A CAR"! I talked to DUCE LETT whom he identified himself to me as A MANAGING PARTNER (Meaning A OWNER) of the Legends Dealership. Duce informed me that he had bought MR. STEVE KURTZ 'S part in the DEALERSHIP when Steve left. Duce informed me that RYAN the GENERAL MANAGER of HONDA of OLATHE was out of the DEALERSHIP for awhile and that he was the NEXT HIGHEST RANKING PERSON IN CHARGE. Duce told me that Scott and everyone at HONDA OF OLATHE, REPORTS TO HIM. DUCE was informed that my car was purchased with a PEBBLE CRACK in my FRONT WINDSHIELD and he could have cared-less. When I pulled up in my 2017 HONDA HRV SPORT my salesman Brian ran over to talk with me. I asked BRIAN why is my windshield with a pebble crack on it was not disclosed to me. Brian got inside my car and rubbed his hand on the windshield inside of my car and told me that the crack had been filled. I said well guess what I did not fill no crack and BRIAN stated, I know that IT WAS EITHER FILLED HERE OR BY THE PERSON WHO TRADED THE CAR IN. I told BRIAN that this information should have been disclosed to me at the time of PURCHASE. I told Brian that I am extremely upset right now and somebody needs to tell me about this CRACKED WINDSHIELD. Brian went and got MR. LINWOOD, I asked Mr. Linwood the SALES MANAGER on SATURDAY around 3:00pm why this information was not disclosed to me when I purchased the car. Before talking to MR. Linwood I informed him of the conversation that I had with Brian and told him that Brian got in the car and rubbed the window and said that either the DEALERSHIP or WHOEVER TRADED IT IN FILLED THE CRACK IN MY WINDSHIELD. Mr. Linwood said that he knew noting about it, But MS. MABON I will talk to RYAN my GENERAL MANAGER and let you know exactly what we are going to do. I told MR. LInwood that I am ridiculously upset right now and if I had to rate this DEALERSHIP RIGHT NOW I would give Brian and DUCE and this DEALERSHIP A ZERO. I stated that a ZERO WAS TO HIGH OF A SCORE TO GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP. MY Salesman BRIAN sucks and I felt SEXUALLY HARASSED BY HIM on multiple OCCASIONS to the extent that I have had trouble sleeping and eating, AND WHEN HE RAN UP TO ME ON SATURDAY I JUST WANTED TO THROW-UP I told MR. LINWOOD that BRIAN was making me sick in my stomach and that he was being very rude to me because of something I told him that I did not like that he was doing. Mr. Linwood said well I will make sure that you are called on MONDAY about this window and I will tell you what we are going to do. I went to my car because I felt MR. Linwood was not paying any attention about what I was saying about his friend Brian. I also told another person at HONDA OF OLATHE about Brian, I told KATIE my FINANCE LADY that I was ABSOLUTELY SICK OF BRIAN LICKING HIS TONGUE OUT AT ME. THEN HE DOES SOMETHING WITH STICKING HIS TONGUE OVER HIS TEETH AT THE TOP. I told KATIE I FEEL LIKE I AM BEING SEXUALLY HARASSED BY BRIAN AND IT HAS BEEN HAPPENING A LOT. KATIE THEN REPLIED, YEAH I can see what you are talking about and I do agree with you. Katie immediately began laughing and called Brian, their Denzel around the business. Brian became extremely defensive and began attacking my comment. Brian immediately raised his voice and shouted I wish the xxxx anyone would say anything about sexual harassment I just wish the xxxx they would, let them just try.Katie went into Scott's office and I was pryaing that she would tell him what just happened, But she did NOT. Immediately after we walked away BRIAN started bad mouthing me saying that he had done more for me than any other customer in all the years, he had sold cars. Brian said I helped you clean out your old car and put all your junk in your new car, I filled up this car with gas, THEN Brian said AND I ONLY MADE $200.00 on this xxxx deal and you are going to TALK ABOUT ME LIKE THAT, I WISH YOU WOULD TRY TO DO ANYTHING, BRIAN SAID YOU JUST TRY TO DO SOMETHING I WISH YOU WOULD. This is the same thing Brian said in FRONT of KATIE MY FINANCE MANAGER. I told KATIE STRAIGHT OUT THAT I FELT SEXUALLY HARASSED BY BRIAN. She is a WOMAN and why she started talking about DENZEL I do not have a CLUE. I have been sick in my STOMACH ABOUT THIS and when he came out again on SATURDAY rolling his TONGUE AROUND AGAIN, I have had it. I called Bobby GOSAL and asked him to have DUCE CALL ME ASAP. I called my LAWYER'S CELL PHONE at around 0900am ON SUNDAY. We talked again on Monday morning while my LAWYER was on his way to the DRY CLEANERS and he told me to call back again, I said I have been calling since 0700 and it is 11:36 I think he is just ignoring me. I called Mr. Linwood on Monday about 12:30 and he said that DUCE had called over there and said that he had handled it. I told Mr. Linwood that I had never spoken to DUCE at all today I believe he is ignoring me. Mr. Linwood said he would call me back, HE called me on Monday 12:49pm and I was told that I was going to get a call in 5-10 minutes, I said that if I don't I am posting this on DEALER RATER and every place else. PLEASE NOTE: I received A PHONE CALL, FROM: DUCE LETT, On April 9, 2018 at 2;39PM and this phone call lasted for 17 MINUTES. DUCE called please remember only after I had left about 10 messages from 7:00am until 2:39PM. DUCE proceeded to give me a VERY GOOD TONGUE LASHING!!!!! 1. I was CRITICIZED for wanting a BETTER DEAL ON MY CAR. 2. FOREVER Calling HIM in the First place involving him in this deal. 3. I was called a LIAR ABOUT ACCUSING BRIAN OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT. 4. Then Duce CAUGHT HIMSELF AND SAID I CANNOT SAY THAT, BECAUSE I WAS NOT THERE. 5. DUCE interrogated me about WHY BRIAN WAS USING HIS TONGUE AND HE WANTED TO KNOW THE MOVEMENTS HIS TONGUE WAS MAKING! 6. I ASKED DUCE TO QUESTION BRIAN AND KATIE AT HONDA OF OLATHE ABOUT THE INCIDENT! 7. DUCE was EXTREMELY UPSET WITH ME BECAUSE I STATED, YOU COMPLETELY IGNORED ME UNTIL I POSTED A REVIEW ON DEALER RATER. 8.I received an email from DEALER RATER AT 1:59PM THANKING ME FOR MY REVIEW. 9. DUCE called ME AT 2:39PM. I STATED IT IS EXTREMELY SAD THAT I HAD TO POST A NEGATIVE REVIEW TO FINALLY GET YOUR ATTENTION. PLEASE NOTE: I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF FRANK ANCONA HONDA FOR YEARS AND YEARS. I am not a new kid on the block. This is the ONE AND ONLY SERVICE DEPARTMENT THAT I TRUST. I EVEN WENT TO SERVICE TO SEE IF THE MANAGER WAS THERE AND WAS TOLD THAT HE WAS OFF BECAUSE HE WAS WORKING ON SATURDAY by DAVE, AND I GUARANTEE YOU THIS NEVER EVER WOULD HAVE ESCALATED THIS FOR. NOW I FEEL FAILED AND COMPLETELY LET DOWN BY A DEALERSHIP THAT I HAVE GROWN TO RESPECT AND LOVE FOR YEARS. This HAS BEEN A HORRENDOUS, UPSETTING, NERVE WRECKING, AND VERY DEMEANING EXPERIENCE FOR ME. DUCE HAS BEEN JUST AWFUL, ACCUSATORY, DISRESPECTFUL AND HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE FOR ANY HUMAN BEING TO GO THRU. I HAVE HAD EXTREME DIFFICULTY SLEEPING, EATING,MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS UP, AND I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE VICTIM HAS TO BE RIDICULED, PERSECUTED AND CONVICTED. I AM NOT THE PERPETRATOR AND I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG, I REPORTED WHAT I ENCOUNTERED and that is all I am GUILTY OF. PLEASE NOTE: DUCE CALLED ME BACK ONCE AGAIN, ON 4-9-2018 AT EXACTLY 3:14 PM, TO INFORM THAT HR ( HUMAN RESOURCES) HAS TAKEN OVER THE MATTER AND IS TAKING STATEMENTS FROM EVERYONE INVOLVED. THIS CONVERSATION LASTED: A DURATION OF 2-MINUTES ALL I HAVE LEFT TO SAY IS GOD BLESS HONDA OF OLATHE, AND I PRAY THAT WOMAN, VETERANS, AND ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS BE GIVEN JUST A LITTLE BIT MORE CONSIDERATION.
