Llegue un dia despues de que se cerro(8pm) a ver los CR-V y Augustine (Auggie) est Buscar un carro no es facil, y mucho menos cuando es para tu madre. Llegue un dia despues de que se cerro(8pm) a ver los CR-V y Augustine (Auggie) estaba esperando un cliente. A pesar de la hora, el se tomo el tiempo para enseñarnos los coches y ademas nos los abrio. Nos explico cada detalle y las diferencias entre las opciones. Volvimos el sabado para manejar uno y, a diferencia de muchos lugares, Auggie tenia el modelo exacto listo para nosotros y nos dio la llave para manejarlo solos y verlo! Sin presion pudimos ver el carro. Mi madre no estaba segura de cual color, y vimos practicamente cada CR-V disponible alli, pero a pesar de todo, Auggie tuvo paciencia y nos enseño cada carro que pediamos. Ahora, yo no soy el cliente mas facil, y estuve hablando con varios dealers para ver cual me podia dar el mejor precio. Durante todo el proceso, le informaba a Auggie lo que me decian y sin presion me decia si podian o no igualar la oferta. Nunca me senti presionado o cmo si estuviera haciendo mala decision. Al final, tuve 2 ofertas iguales y opte por aqui con Auggie; esto por no solamente su amabilidad y paciencia, pero tambien porque se tomo el tiempo para explicarnos todo y asegurarse que estuvieramos contentos con el vehiculo. Auggie es MUY amable, sincero, y chistoso ademas. El le hara sentirse como en casa con un amigo, y lo mas facil cuando este listo para hacer su compra.
