A Honda owner for life I previously had a Civic, as did my sister - both purchased at this dealership. Our other sister needed a new car last fall and we convinced her to get a Honda. She bought a Fit, which she loves. We met Auggie at that time. When my other sister was ready you buy there was no question about it - she called Auggie! She was interested in a CRV and while she looked at those I looked at the new Civics. Auggie was so patient with our questions and let us both test-drive a number of cars. It took a couple of visits to make the CRV decision and then a month or so later I was back for more test-drives. There was no pressure from Auggie on making a decision and, once I decided, he took the time to find the model I wanted in the color I wanted. He was always available to meet or by phone. Always upbeat, informative and positive. So much so, I recommended him to my co-worker who bought a great 2017 Accord from him! I have to think very highly of someone to make a recommendation.
