Great experience except for 1 area Both Trent Welch and Alex VanAckeren were excellent to work with, no complaints. New car! I purchased my first new car from Honda in November. I had previously had second hand cars, but I was ready for a new car when my previous car, a Hyun I purchased my first new car from Honda in November. I had previously had second hand cars, but I was ready for a new car when my previous car, a Hyundai Elantra of 18 years pooped out on me and a VW Beetle was T-boned. (I loved them both but it was time for a change!) Both my sisters had Civics and I liked them, so I decided to give Honda a try and found a car that Fit me to a T! With my sisters help, and Auggie, of course, I purchased a beautiful blue Fit that has a lot of space and some bells and whistles I haven’t quite figured out yet! So far I’ve transported a 6’ Norfolk pine in it and a lot of school supplies for work. The people at Honda are the friendliest people, not pushy, and always there with a smile and helping hand. They’re the best and I would recommend them to anyone! More

Even though I had an idea of what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend, I just was not looking forward to th I dreaded the thought of car shopping. Even though I had an idea of what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend, I just was not looking forward to the whole car buying process. Last year I worked with Augustine (Auggie) Lee at Honda of Olathe who helped my sister purchase her Honda so I knew which salesperson I wanted to help me with my car search. Auggie Lee was hands down the best car salesperson I have ever dealt with. Auggie is very low key, no pressure, very informative, friendly and most importantly for me, patient! My family and I have recommended and will continue to recommend Auggie to friends and co-workers! Auggie made the purchase of my new Honda a great and stress-free experience. We are and will always be a Honda family! More
