Worst Service Ever They serviced my 95 Civic. Repairs only temporary. I had to bring my car to them 3 times to have the same repairs made. They performed work I did not They serviced my 95 Civic. Repairs only temporary. I had to bring my car to them 3 times to have the same repairs made. They performed work I did not authorize. They supposedly fixed my air conditioner and an oil leak. The air conditioner still does not work properly and the oil still leaks. When I spoke to Charles Blakely about my concerns, he was rude and abrasive. I sent a letter to management regarding the poor service I received, and no one bothered to respond to my letter. As expensive as the service was, you would think they would do a good job. They did not. Now I have to pay another mechanic to fix the problems you claimed to have repaired. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Service is prompt and efficient. Had 8:00 am appointment for the first oil change and tire rotation for my new CR-V. I was treated fairly and quickly. I had a breakdown on the highway on my way back to Virginia on Saturday morning. The repair parts were not available until Tuesday. I checked into the possibility of trading in my Ridgeline on a new one. After an hour or so we came to an agreement that I felt was fair. The saleman Jeremy Wachtler worked very hard to get all the work done and get us back on the highway, even going to a local hardware store to purchase a cover for the materials stored in the bed of the truck. He checked on us the next morning to see how the trip was, we drove straight thru arriving at 3 am the next morning. More

She Loves that car! Our service advisor was courteous and professional. I had the transmission serviced and oil pump replaced and a few other necessary things done. Now how do I say this? The work was completed and while I was driving the car home I experienced a hiccup. I contacted my service advisor and was immediately attended to. There was a major issue with one of the repairs and was rectified in a manner that was what some would say should be expected. I'm typing this to say it was far above that. I might add that this is exactly why I recommend taking your car to a dealership. Honda of Ocala is to be commended for keeping great employees like George and Duke who truly shine when not everything goes as originally planned.
