Service on my Honda I came in for tires and battery service. Started looking around and Larry inquired if he could try to get me into a new car. My car was 3 years old I came in for tires and battery service. Started looking around and Larry inquired if he could try to get me into a new car. My car was 3 years old with 53,000 miles. Larry and the finance dept worked their magic and I bought a new 2019 Honda Fit. Larry was very informative. Since I was trading in a 2016 Honda Fit there was not much difference in the vehicle itself. During the process of financing I saw a display of getting a Yeti cooler with the purchase of a new vehicle. After signing all the paper work and getting the paper work from my old vehicle I inquired about the cooler. Larry informed me that because I received a good deal on the purchase that it was not included in the deal. I did not read that on the display that it had to do with any of that information. If that was the case, maybe it should be included on the information as an exclusion. Other wise I have had nothing but good experiences with buying and servicing my vehicles at Honda of Ocala. More

All work done well. Had service work done and discovered leaking steering rack. Part not in stock, but they gave me a loaner car till repaired. Very professional staff. Lost in translation. I have had my CRV serviced many times at this dealership, however this time was a big mess. I started out with the email about having my vehicle servi I have had my CRV serviced many times at this dealership, however this time was a big mess. I started out with the email about having my vehicle serviced and all I had to do was click on the link. A chat window opened and I arranged a date and time for the service. I was told the service department would contact to verify. Never received a call so I called service and was told they couldn’t find anything but they would be happy to schedule me. Drove to get the service and was greeted in the service lane. I was told all the advisors were busy but I was to take a seat in the lobby and when someone was free they would get me ready. I sat for an hour with no contact when someone called me and told me my vehicle had been parked on the side but not serviced. I was asked why didn’t I have an advisor when I explained what I was told they did get my service done and discounted the cost of service. I will never attempt to schedule an appointment online again. Seems like I fell through all the cracks! More
Once again, terrific service from Loren Atria! We'd heard a noise in one of our two Honda Fits, and it was one of those intermittent noises that make a diagnosis difficult when you bring a car in t We'd heard a noise in one of our two Honda Fits, and it was one of those intermittent noises that make a diagnosis difficult when you bring a car in to the service bay. Loren Atria and her team found pebbles in one of the passenger side--brake drums?--but when we drove away, I heard the noise again. (Not unexpected, being that they'd thought they'd corrected the issue, and it was an intermittent problem at that.) So, when I had a chance, I took our Fit back, and they found what Loren said was a good amount of sand in the back passenger side (again, I think it was the brake drum where she said they found it). They cleaned it all out, and whereas that is not usually a warranty item, Loren generously and graciously took care of that service for us without charge. So, not only has Loren Atria been extremely friendly, dependable, and courteous to work with each time I've brought either of our two Honda Fit cars in, she has gone beyond what is expected with her gracious complimentary service. I couldn't ask for more, but I WILL be asking for Loren whenever I bring my car into the Honda of Ocala's service area. Thanks much for having such terrific customer service, Honda of Ocala; I really appreciate it! More
Excellent Service Loren Atria at Honda of Ocala really went above and beyond! Not only was she courteous and helpful, but she thoroughly shampooed and cleaned the hatch Loren Atria at Honda of Ocala really went above and beyond! Not only was she courteous and helpful, but she thoroughly shampooed and cleaned the hatchback area of my car after I inadvertently left a couple of groceries in the back. I'd left the car for a warranty service, and when a couple of items had scooted and hidden themselves in a corner of the hatchback of my Honda Fit (a GREAT car, by the way!), they remained there and decomposed, creating a terrible odor. Loren and her team worked feverishly to rid the car of the offensive smell for me, and each time I've brought my car in, or my husband's Honda Fit (told you, it's a GREAT car!) I've been treated with utmost courtesy and helpfulness. Thanks, Honda of Ocala, and thank you, Loren Atria! More

Great Experience My husband and I came into the dealership to scope out some options on a newly used Honda CRV. Mine older model was being checked by their service dep My husband and I came into the dealership to scope out some options on a newly used Honda CRV. Mine older model was being checked by their service department and after learning the cost of the repairs, we figured it may to time to shop around. Nev greeted us immediately as took us directly to what was available. After the test drive, we went inside to make a deal. Nev was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful as we crunched numbers and discussed options. This was my first car-buying experience and Nev, as well as Ken in Finance, made it a very positive one. I do have complain about Loren in the Service Department. She was very friendly towards my husband and me when we came in to drop the car off that morning. When she called and told me how much the repairs would cost (electrical stuff and airbag stuff), we decided to forgo the repairs and look at trading it in for a newer vehicle. Later in the afternoon as my husband and I were dealing with Nev, I had to go back to the service department to ask Loren if I could get my registration out of my car. She made eye contact with me as she was working with another customer when I went over there, but never acknowledged me after she was done with that customer. Instead she went outside into the service garage where she continued to talk to other employees, with one of the conversations being about how she has to get her roots touched up on her hair. Finally, Nev came over and drove my car around so I could retrieve my registration. I understand that I took away some of Loren’s commission because we decided not to do the repairs, but she’s an employee with Honda and I don’t feel that that was fair treatment of a customer. More
