I was treated respectfully when I bought my car. The next day, I had a tire pressure indicator light come on. When I brought the car back, they apologized for the problem and the service department gave me a day, I had a tire pressure indicator light come on. When I brought the car back, they apologized for the problem and the service department gave me a complimentary lunch. The waiting room is sizeable and comfortable. The service tech correctly diagnosed the problem but what really impressed me were his final comments. He offered to give me a free rental car if the problem reoccurred, so that they could have enough time to figure out the problem without inconveniencing me. I did not have the problem reoocur but really appreciated that way that everyone treated me. More

WARRANTY SERVICE I bought my wife a new 2016 Honda CRV Touring in 2016. The car has stranded her/us twice, both times for battery problems. We went to Honda of Ocala I bought my wife a new 2016 Honda CRV Touring in 2016. The car has stranded her/us twice, both times for battery problems. We went to Honda of Ocala both times to get the problem resolved and left dissatisfied both times. The car has 21000 miles on it, to get stranded twice and get treated the way Honda of Ocala treated us is not acceptable. NO MORE HONDA VEHICLES FOR US! More
Amazingly professional and courteous We were on a cruise and had parked our Honda at the Miami Cruise Terminal parking garage when, after a fabulous 10 days at sea, we got in the car and We were on a cruise and had parked our Honda at the Miami Cruise Terminal parking garage when, after a fabulous 10 days at sea, we got in the car and had great difficulty in getting the engine to turn over. The battery finally responded and we were able to drive out; we had planned to stay overnight on our way home to Pensacola in Ocala and I decided it would be a good idea to have it checked out before we drove on home, as it had happened again when we stopped for lunch. I drove in and explained my plight to the Service Advisor, Amy Eaton, and she could not have been more professional and accommodating and assured me the job should not take much more than about an hour. That is about exactly what it did take, and it turned out that the battery was dead and could have caused all manner of difficulty on our way home had we not stopped at this dealership. This is the kind of service which definitely gets customers back and I would certainly deal with them if we lived there! The entire experience was as pleasant as it could have possibly been under the circumstances, and I note, once again, my special thanks to Amy Eaton for her courtesies. Jim George More

Unresponsive, broken system I tried on three occasions to get an estimate for some service work. I never received a text, phone call, or email from anyone. I did, however, receive multiple notices of the upcoming appointment, and I receive sporadic emails saying the dealership misses me and offers for coupons. More
