I want to thank Jose Medina. My family and I were traveling through Ocala when my check engine light came on. We still had 300 more miles to travel to our destination. When I walked in with panic on my face, Jose dropped what he was doing and listened to me. They immediately looked at options to help me get to my final destination. Even though they were not able to fix the issue (due to me having the check engine light reset somewhere else), Jose gave clear instructions on what I needed to do if the light came on again. I appreciate Jose's attitude and attentiveness. More
