Great Cars & Great Service.. It started out with the ease of making appointments for two cars at one time. They worked with our schedule and it worked out great. Chris our Service Advisor was courteous and fun to work with. Our new Fit, which was purchased at Honda of Ocala, is under full warranty and Auto Butler and its services were free. However, our 2004 Odyssey needed its 100,000 mile check up and oil change and Honda of Ocala has given my older Odyssey the same courtesy as the new ones. I love my Odyssey and want to keep it running for quit awhile and so does Honda of Ocala. I also had some money saving coupons that were gladly taken and saved us money. The nice surroundings, internet connection and a free lunch is such a nice feature. And one more feature was, that our cars were washed and cleaned when they were brought out to us. We were out of the service area in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks Honda of Ocala we'll be back! More

We all met with his manager, Rami, and we ended up trading in our car for the new one. They had a color that we liked, they were both very courteous and friendly. We've been very happy with our dealings with Honda of Ocala the past 2 years. In fact when my wife took the 2012 in for the first service, the service people told her she could wait longer because the car did not really need it at that point. More
When my other in law went to get a dent out of her car, Mike, gave us a complimentary lunch! It was delicious. After, Mike washed her car, cleaned the inside AND put some gas in her tank! My experience with Mike Lehman and Ramy Tarawneh was one of the best I have had at a dealership. I purchased my previous Van from Ken Daniels and he was exceptional also. I brought my van in for service and was out looking at the CR-V when Mike approached me. He was very helpful in answering my questions regarding the vehicle. I had no intention of buying a new vehicle, however after I took the CR-V for a test drive I decided I just might consider a new purchase. Mike introduced me to Ramy and they both helped get me through the process. There was no pressure and I was treated very well. They listened to my questions and answered each one to my satisfaction. We came in to have our car serviced, but went to looked at the new cars...just looking according to my wife. I didn't know that Sheri had sent an email to us to stop by for a look. We love our 2008 Honda Pilot, but it did have almost 65,000 miles. They just happened to have a 2012 Pilot on the lot. Ramy, Sheri and Waseem were willing to spend time with us and work with us to get the right price and terms. WE LOVE THE NEW CAR. THERE'S A GREAT TEAM AT HONDA OF OCALA. Another satisfied customer. The vehicle's improvements made it easy to do the trade, even though the time spent getting to a final sale and driving away took more time than necessary. We came in expecting to spend about an hour waiting for our car to be serviced and didn't leave until after 2pm. The process could be simpler for the customer, especially a satisfied Honda customer. Time wasted is the reason for the lower rating for overall experience. More

The Honda team was not only courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable of their products but also offered us a deal which we could not pass up. I would recommend Honda of Ocala to anyone in the market of purchasing a new or used car. More
I came in to have my seat fixed, as some of the fibers had come out on the drivers seat. The team applied leather to all of the seats. The loner vehicle was a gorgeous, spotless, 2012 Accord. The loaner was so great, I didn't want to give it back!!!! I dropped the car off on Thursday. My vehicle was ready Tuesday. When we stopped by to get our vehicle, it was waiting in the bay and gleaming!!!!!! The entire car had been detailed, top to bottom, compartments and everything. The leather was beautiful and looked like straight off the factory line. The car smelled lovely, was immaculate inside and the oil change was done, the tires rotated and with my coupon, I paid nothing for the engine service. Again, the worst part of the trip was finagling the car seat back into place, but both times, we were assisted with the seat. Everyone was friendly. There was no wait whatsoever. And to top it off, it was a great excuse to "have to stop by the mall" as we were just down the street! Overall, I am just thrilled. I couldn't be happier and with the relationship I have built here, I won't be going anywhere else to upgrade to a minivan or pilot in the future. More

I was so surprised and elated that the service people, manager, and lady who worked at the cafe were friendly and professional & finished my oil change in record time! They didn't try to sell me anything, or tell me my car needed repairs. They honored competitor coupons and were professional! The only thing I thought was a little out of place was an award they won from the Breast Cancer Awareness Group, which was a pink bra, placed in a "trophy" case which was on display at the cash register. Even though it was a recognition from an outside organization, I felt it was somewhat crude. More
