I was running late for an appointment and needed some help setting up the electronics in my new CRV such as navigation and the syncing of the phone. Please remember I am older (HA HA) and not very tech savy. Tony came out from whatever he was doing in the Service Dept. and gave me his undivided attention while he walked me through everything and answered my questions. He was very patient. Tony is a low key guy and very friendly. I really appreciated his help. He spent a considerable amount of time with me. Anyhow, I am off and running now. Thank you, Tony, for your capable assistance. Everyone stops to say hello, from the mgr to the salespeople!!! Lucy is a riot! Even though I was quoted 2-3 hours I was done in two hours!! Don't forget the movies and complimentary meal while waiting!! More

Kristen knew what I wanted in a tire, did the research for me, wrote up a quote, ordered my tires, scheduled my appointment, and personally interacted with maintenance to see that everything was completed as expected. I had arrived early, but my car was taken in right away. I was very pleasently surprised when Kristen announced that my tires were mounted & balanced, the wheel alignment completed, a 27 point safety check was done, the car had been washed, and I was ready to ride away in just half the time predicted for my appointment. A nice little scam they have. Recently I took in my 2007 CR-V for the recall replacement of a door lock actuator (the second one to fail in a year, but that's another story). I on Recently I took in my 2007 CR-V for the recall replacement of a door lock actuator (the second one to fail in a year, but that's another story). I only go to this dealer when I have to for any warranty work (which has only been twice). Of course, they always do a "complete courtesy" check. Well, they "found" a list of about 7 items that needed to be done--at a cost of about $5,700. I told them I was going to get a second opinion, but if it were all true, I was not going to spend that kind of money on a car with 117,000 miles on it. Well, obviously the sales people know this, because in the lounge area they had a very friendly marketing rep come talk to customers and try to get them to meet with a salesman to see what kind of an "upgrade" they can work out. I did drive a new CR-V to see what they are like, but I told them I couldn't afford it right now. So a couple of days later I went to two different mechanics I know and they both told me that there was noting wrong with the car. And they BOTH told me that they get people from dealers all the time who do this. It's a nice scam, isn't it? They both also said that the CR-V's last forever and virtually never need the kind of work that the dealer had told me. More

If something was off in any way shape or form, he would re do it . It had to meet his standards. It goes to show you that ALL service reflects on the Dealer. Wouldn't bring my car anywhere else!! The service is by far the best I've ever dealt with. They are thorough but never pushy and always take the time to understand what your concerns are.
