"Excellent Service Department" Had AAA tow my vehicle to Honda of Ocala. Called and established a repour with the Service Manager, Scott Westerkon, as we recently moved to the area and this was my first experience with this dealership. He immediately took control of the situation, as I was not arriving with my vehicle. He called as soon as they received it, got it into the garage for analysis, called and gave me an estimate and had it repaired, washed and waiting at the time he quoted! Outstanding Service Advisor I recently had to take my 2007 Honda Element in for routine maintenance. At the time I was having problems with a handicapped accessible seat. The ser I recently had to take my 2007 Honda Element in for routine maintenance. At the time I was having problems with a handicapped accessible seat. The service advisor, Lance, was willing to get on the phone with the manufacturer of the seat lift to troubleshoot the problem. They were able to figure it out over the phone and the service technician, Danny, was able to fix the problem. I have never experienced better service than was provided by Lance at Honda of Ocala.
