Total support in a difficult situation We live in Michigan, but our daughter's Civic broke down in Ocala on a Sunday night from a steering failure. She was heading to Tallahassee, where she lives, but was scheduled in Charleston SC the next week. Under these complicated circumstances, we called Honda of Ocala the next morning from Michigan. We had the good fortune of speaking with Elaine Roberts, Service Advisor. She listened carefully to our story and made towing arrangements. With the car in their shop, she promptly communicated the diagnosis and repair estimate, then kept us informed about the progress of repairs. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating with our concerns and our circumstances. We planned a trip to Florida after deciding on the timing for the completed repairs. When we arrived at the dealership, several days and 1200 miles later, Elaine met us and answered all of our new questions. She had arranged for the car to be on a lift to inspect the work they had done. The service mechanics were available as well for questions. Ms. Roberts gave us vouchers for breakfast, and advised on the route we were considering to Charleston SC. The total price of repairs was on target, in fact slightly lower than the estimate. The car drove perfectly during the five hour trip to Charleston, where we left it with our daughter. This interaction was, by far, the highest standard I have ever found in a service department. You give dealerships a good name. We will speak highly of Honda of Ocala and are extremely thankful for the personal professionalism demonstrated by Elaine Roberts. More

Fabulous Service...always I had to bring my car in to be serviced, as well as to address the Takata Airbag recall. A rental was provided immediately by Honda (through Hertz) so I had to bring my car in to be serviced, as well as to address the Takata Airbag recall. A rental was provided immediately by Honda (through Hertz) so I wouldn't have to drive an unsafe vehicle. Rob Young was so very helpful in getting the logistics of this done! I like dealing with the same Service Advisor every time. Rob has always taken the time to answer any questions I may have and make sure things go right! I bought my Honda Fit (I LOVE this car!!) from Honda of Ocala and look forward to many more years of being a loyal customer. They are the best! More

They actually call you to let you know that your vehicle is done & have it waiting for you. Check out was quick, which is refreshing. They have a nice waiting room with movies & beverages along with a complimentary either breakfast or lunch supplied, if your wait is a while. More

I enjoyed the waiting area as there is a tv to watch a movie or can just relax and read. My car was done within 2 1/2 hours and it runs like a champ, was a little sluggish before the service, I will definitely be taking my car back for future services and will be bringing in my husband's Honda Ridgeline as well.
