Excellent experience I was recently notified of a recall repair needed on my Honda Accord. The experience was nothing but great from all aspects. Courteous, friendly and prompt. They dropped us off and picked us up at Red Lobster while repairs were being done which only took about an hour. Not worth my time or yours. Go elsewhere! A recall was issued to replace the airbags in my 2010 CR-V. I called the service department at Honda of Ocala to make an appointment to have this don A recall was issued to replace the airbags in my 2010 CR-V. I called the service department at Honda of Ocala to make an appointment to have this done. I was told that this would require a special appointment that could only be set up by the Service Manager. I gave them my name, telephone number and email address and was told I would receive a call shortly. A week went by and I didn't receive a call back or an email. I called the service department again but all of my calls went into voicemail. I must have been very lucky to speak with a live person the first time. Since telephone calls to Honda of Ocala proved to be useless, I decided to try their website. I had a lengthy conversation with the online rep. I explained what had happened and again gave my telephone number. Again, I was told I would receive a call shortly. After waiting more than 24 hours with no telephone call, I reluctantly tried their website again. I got a different person this time and went through the entire story. Their solution was to provide me with the telephone number of the service department. I again explained that this was not going to solve my problem and I asked for the name and direct telephone number of the Service Manager. Instead, I was given a link to a list of employees at Honda of Ocala. I clicked on the link and was able to find the name of the Service Manager but not a direct line, only that of the service department. I once again asked for the direct line to the Service manager and was told that they didn't have that number. To paraphrase a line from the movie Jurassic Park "You do have service in your service department, don't you?". I love my Honda but not this dealership. I will strongly consider buying something other than a Honda next time.. More

Arranged for Corey to come from the sales area to get my phone paired with the car. He did so quickly and explained several features that make use easier. More
